Minimum StayWonderful home with a Great Pool
We had a fabulous time at this property. It has a very well appointed kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 2.5 baths, that was just perfect for three generations of our family. The salt water pool was great and the kids loved it! The owners are very friendly . Everything was in working order and it even had Miele washer and dryer which came in very handy for washing our grandson's uniforms! Highly recommended. Great view at night by the pool overlooking the lights of the valley.

Awesome Home
Wow. This is a beautiful home. The pool is amazing and the view is spectacular. Our family enjoyed this home so much. It is close to everything. We did a lot of activities but couldn't wait to get back and relax and enjoy the house. A huge thank you to Jim and Dayna for letting us stay here - you definitely have an amazing home. perfect family vacation
My wife and son along with my wife's parents and sisters all stayed in the Avocado house. We loved it. It was the perfect house for a great family vacation. Plenty of space so not on top of each other. The best part obviously though was the view fro the backyard and the salt water pool. It was very relaxing sitting along side the pool. We definitely will stay again when we visit family in San Diego!! Thank you

Beautiful View & Comfortable Home
We absolutely loved the house. It was well appointed and intuitive. We felt at home and enjoyed the kitchen, patios & pool. It's very convenient to highways so the beach & east county areas are all within easy reach. There were so many special touches and surprises in the way it is prepared for it's guests. We would love to come back again. And Oh That VIEW!!!!!!

Welcome to the Avocado House! This lovely home is nestled on back of Mount Helix with amazing views of the city and surrounding mountains. Conveniently situated a short distance of Interstate 8 and Highway 94. Just 15 minutes from the beach and 10 minutes to Downtown San Diego. Travel East and enjoy the casinos!
This lovely home has four well appointed bedrooms. Three bedrooms have queen beds and one bedroom has a trundle bed that sleeps two. The master has its own bathroom. Large living room overlooks the beautiful salt water pool and the valley. The large kitchen has all the necessary equipment for the pickiest of cooks. Laundry facilities are included as well as a garage for your rental car. This property is on an acre and is very secluded. Enjoy the comforts of the country in the middle of Americas finest city!
