We have stayed in many holiday rentals over the years and I can honestly say this was the best one we have ever stayed in! The location was fabulous. Just a short walk across the road and down the stairs to Strands Beach. We felt like we didn't have to go anywhere else for the whole summer. All the other OC beaches are close by and easy to access, which was also fun. Great restaurants, shopping and activities close by. The apartment was perfect in every way! So clean and well appointed. The photos don't do it justice. We had many friends visit and they were all impressed and wanting to move in!. Scott had filled it with everything we needed from hand soap, paper towels and other household necessities to boogie boards, beach towels and chairs. He was very attentive and available to answer any questions we had. The complex is lovely and very friendly. The pool and hot tub were great and we used it almost every day after the beach. I can't speak highly enough of this apartment. If we are lucky enough to return to Orange County, we will definitely be back at this wonderful property. Thank you Scott!

Just Like Home!
We stayed at Scott's place for two months to escape the East Coast winter and we had a wonderful, very comfortable stay. The condo is on the second floor, quiet, convenient to the PCH in a beautiful location, with Strand Beach across the street and many walking trails. It is beautifully appointed, contemporary, high end decor, immaculate, with all new appliances (including a grill on the balcony), great comfortable beds, and extremely well equipped. You will not lack for anything. Can't say enough. Felt like home! Scott is friendly, very helpful and informative. It is very close to other towns, lots of great restaurants, sites to see. We would definitely stay again.

Wonderful Stay!!!
We had a great stay and loved everything about this condo! We have stayed in many rentals in the area and this one is top notch! Everything was brand new with a very modern high-end feel. Designer decor and furnishings, clean, comfortable and relaxing. It has everything you need for a home away from home. Location is one of our absolute favorites in all of Southern California. Pool is heated to a very comfortable temperature. The strand beach which it overlooks is so incredibly beautiful, our favorite in OC (Be forewarned There are lots of stairs to get to the beach but it is so worth it - we did it with twin babies :). Owner is friendly and informative. We will definitely be back!

Amazing experience
We really enjoyed every part of our stay in this beautiful, clean, well-maintained and centrally located beach condo. The place actually looks better than in the photos, and the location across from the beach can't be beat, although be prepared to walk some stairs or take the convenient funicular during the weekends and summer to reach the ocean. A nice walk takes you to the Ritz-Carlton, and you are not a far drive from all the attractions and restaurants in both Orange County and San Diego. The furniture is new; the decor is clean and modern; and the kitchen has lots of storage, new luxury appliances, and comes equipped with everything you may need to cook dinner and eat outside on one of your two balconies! There is also a nice, clean, maintained pool just a short walk away within this quiet and friendly complex. Scott, the owner, is great -- highly responsive, detail oriented, and really thinks of everything you might need to make your stay here comfortable and enjoyable. The condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer, a truly comfortable king and queen-sized bed, a sofa bed, iron and ironing board, really cool "fire" feature in the living room, beach chairs, an electric grill, two state-of-the-art large screen TVs, a blue tooth sound system, and I could go on and on! We were coming to Orange County after living abroad for a few years and rented this condo sight-unseen. We felt completely comfortable and at home here, and would highly recommend this condo and working with Scott to anyone who may ask.

Sit on the deck relax and enjoy a glass of wine with the view of ocean or walk to the beach. This area is known for its beautiful Strand beach, Dana Point Harbor for fishing, whale watching, boating, Stand Up Paddle (SUP) boarding, surfing at Doheny Beach, and Golfing at Monarch Beach.
This home is located on Ocean side of PCH just South of the Ritz Carlton-Laguna Niguel, off of Selva Road across from Strand Beach Parking lot in the Niguel Beach Terrace complex.
Other Southern California Attractions include: Disneyland, Knotts Berry Farm, John Wayne Airport, Laguna Beach – Sawdust Festival, and Festival of the Arts, San Juan Capistrano, San Diego - Zoo, Lego Land, Sea World, Universal Studios.
This 2 Bedroom, 2 bath Condominium (Upper Unit) in a quiet neighborhood has been recently remodeled and features New appliances. A Washer and Dryer unit is inside of home. High Speed Internet and Basic CATV is included. Master Bedroom features a King Size Bed and second bedroom has a Queen Size bed.
