allover we loved it everything was good, had issues with grill out side owner came over and fix it asp, but grill went bad agian please relpace the grill. yas we will stay there 100% next time .

This was the second year
Tibor and Doina have the perfect house for my family. They provide everything that we need for both adults and young children. They even have a Pack and Play and gates to keep the toddlers where they belong. There are plenty of pool toys to keep our children and extended family children happy. The kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything needed to provide meals for family and guests. Doina was exceptionally kind to bring gifts to the three women in the family who were recovering from recent surgeries. I hope to continue to make this a yearly event where we can keep a connection among our children and grandchildren. The kindness and consideration of the owners combined with the perfect house for entertaining will keep us coming back for years to come.

Excellent place to stay - Highly recommended!
My family and I had a wonderful stay at Tibor and Doina's house. They were the most wonderful hosts. We had a group of 9 and the house was great. It was very comfortable and clean with all amenities to the smallest detail. A beautiful and very private backyard with a great pool and lots of parking in front. It was also close to all amenities. Weather was great. Hot and sunny everyday and it was also close to San Francisco. If you are visiting the area this is the place to stay.

Great House
The problem statement: find a vacation home with a pool in the Bay Area. This is not an easy problem but the house owned by Tibor and Doina in Concord provides the solution. This is a lovely home in a quiet neighbourhood. With four bedrooms, a modern interior and a great pool this house was everything we hoped for. And with the temperatures well into the 90's a good working air conditioning was very welcome. In addition, Tibor and Doina are extremely welcoming. We used the house mainly to explore San Francisco and it is very suitable for that, provided you avoid the main traffic.

This 2.600 square foot home is in a private setting with a pool and a professionally landscaped yard. It's also only 5 minutes from BART, very close to HWY 680 and 25 miles from downtown San Francisco. We have plenty of street parking, no fees. Smart TV and Internet access throughout the home.
If you would like to rent the house for 2-4 day only then the cost will be $1,750.00 (that is our minimum charge + $200.00 cleaning fee /no tax )

The property is in the East Bay of San Francisco , located in the city of Concord. Close to Walnut Creek and an easy drive to Napa, Santa Cruz, and all the Bay Area.
Lake Tahoe is a 2.5 hours drive.
