Great place to stay and enjoy with a large group
We went there with a group of friends, and the place was great. It is less than 5 minutes away from the beach. The house is tucked away on a quiet road. The facilities are excellent. Beautiful place upstairs to sit around and chat with a large group., There is enough space for four families to sleep. The only gripe I have is a lack of toilet papers. The upstairs bathroom had one extra, but there were none in the downstairs bathroom. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to come in for a short or long break with a big group of friends or family.

Great stay
Great house. Great kitchen/dining/living room area for lots of people. walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, and beach. Definitely would recommend this house.

Great Location, Plenty of Room
This location was perfect for our family get together. Plenty of open space upstairs. Large open kitchen, dining room and family room. We could see the beautiful Cayucos sunset from the balcony. We loved it!

This Large Beach home is great for large families and getaway weekends. The four bedrooms sleep 8 and the couches can be used to sleep about four younger kids. In addition we have an option to open up a bonus room that has 3 queen beds (this option needs to be set up in advance and costs an extra $200.00, it is a carpeted garage). We have a huge gathering room where the kitchen and TV room are located. This room usually becomes the place where everybody gathers while eating, watching TV, and just hanging. Also we have an upstairs balcony to watch the beautiful sunsets while you barbecue. Full laundry room. In the back yard we have a full jacuzzi.
Cayucos is one of the last great American beach towns. The downtown area has great shops and antiquing as well as some fabulous restaurants both high-end and family friendly. It’s situated 3 miles north of Morro Bay where you can see the historic Morro Rock. Cayucos is also about 15 miles south of Hearst Castle and Cambria and about 10 miles west of Highway 46, the heart of the famous Paso Robles wine region. It is walking distance to the little town of Cayucos. Cayucos has many fabulous restaurants and antique stores. We are close to many exciting activities, like Hearst Castle, kayaking, fishing, golfing or whale watching in Morro Bay. We are close to the college town of San Luis Obispo, with lots of fun shopping and activities.
