We loved our stay. The golf course is so green, the house is beautiful and has everything you need. The pool is walking distance, the market is across the street, water park and theater are about ten minutes away. Marita was flexible with check out.. big, big plus for us. We truly appreciated sleeping in a little longer for one more day. Wish we could have stayed a little longer. We plan to use this house every year!

Very comfortable
We very much enjoyed our stay here. Everything thing was perfect. Very comfortable and relaxing. Close to where we needed to be everyday. Would definitely come back here and stay again.

Fantastic property
I can only say good things about this property. Dealing with the property owner Marita was so easy and she was very helpful and her information pack was superb. The property is on a golf course, is very spacious with a wonderful lounge/kitchen and two beautiful bedrooms. I will not hesitate to stay her again on my next visit to Palm Springs, this will be the only house for us. Bill Stinson

Golf trip spring 2017
Another fun golf trip staying in Marita's Villa. Very nice upgrades to her lovely villa. We always enjoy staying here. The gated Desert Princess community always seems safe and well maintained. We'll be back. I always appreciate the prompt communication with Marita if necessary. Thanks!

This beautiful home faces the green on Vista-3. The large patio is fantastic for entertaining, barbecuing, or relaxing right on the lush golf course and beautiful lake. This newly refreshed home has new beds, fresh paint, flat screen televisions, wireless internet and printer, a new oven, stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, new washer and dryer, along with other upgrades. With double master suites, this villa is perfect for two families or visitors. The wall unit in the upstairs bedroom houses a TV that rises with the tap of your foot. The kitchen is fully equipped--including salt and pepper, basic spices, coffee and filters for the drip coffee maker. Additionally, a Keurig coffee maker is provided. With the pool close by, a gas BBQ on the patio, and a gas fireplace inside, the luxuries of this home will make your stay enjoyable and relaxing. While Winter is the popular season, consider fall when the area is really at its best!
