Roseanne was a terrific host; she answered all my questions promptly and provided great driving directions along with information of the local area. The house is incredible, very spacious and very close to Booneville area. We had such a great time enjoying the sunshine on the porch. Would definitely come back and visit again. Thanks Roseanne!

Quiet corner of the Anderson Valley
wonderful house - with a great kitchen! - in a quiet part of the Anderson Valley. Comfortable, spacious, and close enough to town to do things, but away enough to be peaceful. Great to see wildlife - especially the quail - in the yard. great for relaxing and recharging.

Spacious and convenient
It was very convenient to the Anderson Valley wineries and downtown Boonville. We were two couples and this space was perfect for us, providing good separation between the bedrooms and large common space to share. It would also be good for larger groups, especially families, if the owner allows it.

Relax in a private country home after a day of wine tasting
Beautiful California Ranch house set on one acre in the heart of Anderson Valley wine country. This comfortable home offers extensive living and entertaining areas, a large yard, and is walking distance to downtown Boonville. Enjoy the mountain views and large front yard, or have a seat on the back patio as you sip your morning coffee.
The house features a large kitchen with upgraded appliances, drink fridge, breakfast bar, extensive counter space and two ovens. There is also a spacious living room, dining room and den with plenty of seating area. The master bedroom has a king sized bed, wall-mounted TV, and seating area. The second bedroom has a double bed and the bathroom has double sinks and tiled shower/bath.
This quiet home would be great for a family trip, couples getaway or romantic escape to wine country.
