We are less than a 10 minute drive to the Hollywood Hills and the Hollywood Boulevard Walk of Fame. Santa Monica and Venice beach are a 30 minute drive and Malibu 45 minutes.
This beautiful estate has 5 bedrooms and 5 baths.
The large master bedroom has a king sized bed for you to relax and enjoy TV, a large patio to enjoy the California sunshine and fireplace to keep you cozy. The master bath has bathtub with jet stream and the large mosaic shower is build for two with duel shower heads. Huge walk in closet.
There are 3 additional bedrooms upstairs. One has it's own bathroom and the two others share a bathroom. Of the 3 guest bedrooms upstairs, one room has bunk beds, and the other two full.
The 5th bedroom is downstairs and has it's own bathroom and has a twin sized bed.
Entertain your guests in the game room with pool table or outside in the patio with BBQ, lovely swimming pool, jacuzzi and huge tennis court.
The tastefully decorated living room walks right out to the patio. Has a fireplace and flat screen TV.
Family dinners can be had just off of the living room and seats 6 or for larger parties, enjoy the dining room with table seating for 10.
The kitchen has an extra large refrigerator, gas stove and oven, trash compactor, dishwasher. The washer and dryer are just off of the kitchen.
The large driveway can accommodate your cars but please note the garage is not included.
