The rate is for 6 person occupancy in 4 bedrooms. There is a pull out sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate 2 more guests, as well as a single futon in the Tatami Loft (which is accessible from one of the King bedrooms). There is an additional $50 per person per night charge for more than 6 guests. A one time cleaning fee of $150 will also be charged at the time of reservation.
