Extremely comfortable home!
We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The beds were amazingly comfortable. Our 2 year old was excited to go to bed and even napped! It was incredible. The apartment was clean and well decorated. There were drawers in every room and closet space so we could unpack. Unlike many vrbo rentals that I have stayed at, it was not cluttered with the owners items and belongings. The patio was huge! The location was ideal. We walked to BART and restaurants. There was also a great little toddler park around the corner that was fun for our kids. We were easily able to grab necessary groceries from Berkeley bowl and Trader Joe's. Our trip was awesome and we will definitely want to stay at this apartment again.

Great space for a family
My out-of-town family needed a place to stay while in Bay Area. They loved the location, quite, and beautiful backyard. It was extremely convenient for me as well, and being from Southern California, they really appreciated having a space for their car. Very happy, and would definitely stay again!

This is a fully furnished apartment with 3 bedrooms, two extra comfortable queen size, one full size beds and mirrored closets, one full bathroom with gorgeous tiles, full kitchen with granite counter top which is equipped with a brand new appliances, coffee maker, toaster oven and lots more. Living/dining area has access to a relaxing back yard. Cable TV, and WiFi available.
This apartment has been recently remodeled with new windows, hardwood floor throughout the living room and bedrooms. It is tastefully furnished and accommodates all the comfort you need.
The building was built in 1974 and it is located in a residential neighborhood in central Berkeley and has just been remodeled. It is one mile from UC Berkeley and two underground stations. The location is very unique for being peaceful and quiet but still a short distance from public transportation, the gourmet ghetto, farmer’s market as well as international supermarket.
The living room is sunny, bright with a couch and chairs.
The dining area seats 6 and the full kitchen has granite counter top and brand new appliances.
The place has hardwood floors and tastefully furnished, super clean and comfortable. On site laundry and one parking space in the building. Lost of sheets and towels available.
Enjoy the private back yard with beautiful trees and flowers along with a grill and patio set.
