Great location for our stay and in a quiet neighborhood. Apartment was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very nice. The covered parking was nice to have. One of the living room lamps needed a light bulb - the office sent someone immediately to replace it. We will definitely consider this property if/when returning to the area.

Perfectly situated rental
My stay here was very fabulous. The rental is a short drive to so many awesome places in Bakersfield. We stayed two nights and the host was very accommodating when I needed to add an extra night. Apartment is large and perfect for families or groups. We were all comfortable and had space to relax. We would definitely recommend this rental to other travelers!

Enjoy a Luxury 1000 sq. ft., 2 bedroom, 2 full bath second floor apartment with all housewares, washer and dryer, utilities, 74 channel cable and internet included near one of the pool and hot tubs. Fully stocked kitchen, nice linens and towels. This apartment is in a community with amenities such as 2 pools, 2 spas, fitness center, club house, carwash, barbeque area and more. Stay and see why it's much better than a hotel room. No cleaning deposit or additional fees. Non smoking only. After hour check ins are not a problem.
