A perfect fit!
It is so nice to stay in a cabin where the pride of ownership is evident in every detail. It was well stocked and a perfect fit for our large group with older teens. We all had a wonderful time! Can't wait to come back again.

Wonderful Lakemont pines cabin
Or family stayed at the Evergreen and we were all delighted with our stay. This cabin is located just two doors up from the back of lake., which is right near the fishing spot . Craig, the owner, was very helpful upon arrival. We had difficulty with our cable and he sent Comcast out to the cabin. He even followed up to make sure everything was working properly! It's really nice to have the owner involved, because they get things done! The upstairs master bedroom is beautiful and it has a portable AC unit so it stays cool. Our kids loved playing pool and there's also a foosball table in the downstairs game room. As a bonus there are TVs in every bedroom. Our grandkids really loved playing at Lakemont Pines during the day. Everything is all inclusive and they had so much fun! Well, all I can say is we'll be back again next year.

Perfect place!!!
Amazing! This home is the perfect place to rest and enjoy the peace and beauty of nature and spend time with friends or family (with a party of 12 we had MORE than enough space for all of us!). Graig the owner is amazingly helpful in making sure you know all you need to to take advantage of all this home has to offer. Not only did he pick up the phone to introduce himself within an hour of booking the property, he called the day before our trip was to begin to schedule a time with me to walk through the home with him on the phone to go over EVERYTHING (washer/dryer, trash compactor, firepit and propane, dishwasher, lights, you name it!) The house is a short two minute walk to the water, opposite side of the lake as the beach, but there is walk in area's (wear old tennis shoes or water shoes, the lake bottom is a bit rocky and grassy) . Our party spent two days over at the beach area (playground, horse shoes, swim docs, rental shack, snack shack, and bathrooms) but opted to spend our last day at the little entrance at the end of the damn area just a five minute walk from the house. With five bedrooms and four bathrooms, a Den/Game room, Large Living room and Game room downstairs, were was more than enough space for our six adults and six kids (ages ranging from 2yrs-17yrs). The kitchen is fully stocked (sans can opener which I plan to bring and donate next summer when we return ;), we ate home made meals every day which is great when you can have the comfort foods of home when vacationing. Every person we met while out in the water or down on the beach is super nice. This small little community tucked away has the nicest people! Most folks we met were all from the bay area vacationing here, some for a few days some for weeks! The house did get a little hot from 4p-8p when the heat of the day sets in and the sun shines through all the west facing windows (they didn't have blinds) but once the sun goes down, we opened the house up and the evening mountain air cooled it off nicely. The kids loved roasting marshmallows around the fire pit. Craig offers tons of lake fun with his beautiful home and room full of lake toys (chairs, towels, canoe, single and double man kayaks, oars, and more!) I've stayed in a few other properties in the Lakemont Pines community and Craig and his home are by far the best with the most to offer!

This Property is absolutely Gorgeous...
This Property is Amazing! Even though this Property is in a subdivision the house's in this HOA are heavily surrounded by various types of pines so that you don't see a lot of houses, giving you a sense of privacy. The deck has a Gorgeous view of the pines. The house is huge & spacious. If you like to cook & BBQ this is the house for you. We booked for a party of 12 and in this house you never felt cramped, big bedrooms & lots of square footage for everyone to come together comfortable. The house is ideal for kids, it has numerous immennities for kids of all ages. The Lake is perfect for families with children as well, no motorized vessels are allowed on the Lake, only Canoes, kayaks, rafts, and boats with oars. My children a few times simple swam acrossed the lake to the beach & recreation area & I had the piece of mined of knowing that they wouldn't be run over by a motorized boat. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY!!!
