This villa has an open floor plan and extra windows that allow for natural light. Enjoy the amazing views from your living room or balcony. The entire living space is on one floor and a large living room for entertaining. Whales and dolphins can be seen in abundance from this "one of a kind" villa.

* Two fulls baths (one with tub and one with shower)

Seascape is minutes from downtown Capitola which features shopping, beach, great restaurants, wine tasting and great entertainment for all! Santa Cruz is just 10 to 15 mins away where you can enjoy the boardwalk, wharf, concerts, and restaurants.

Deposit of $500 is due via check within 10 days of reservation. This is held to cover any incidentals and refundable within 30 days of check-out if there are no incidentals or damage.
Some amenities such as room service, cart rides, and fire-pit set up for a min. $100 fee are not available. Our rates along with quality of service more than make up fee based services.
We chose this property because of it's location, views, and floor plan. This villa is uniquely situated so you have the ocean views and can also see the wedding bluff and enjoy watching weddings. Ocean views are also seen from the kitchen. We have seen whales, dolphins, and deer from the villa. Located away from the pool provides for a quite place to relax, take in the views, and read a book or work if you need to. Yet, the pool and hot tub is a located just across the way so access is easy.
