We shared this house with another family, so there were 4 adults, and 4 kids staying. The house has everything that you could need, and is super close to disney resort. I can't imagine a better set up for accomodation this close to the resort, and it so well equipped that you can truly relax when recovering from the parks. The hot tub is big and the perfect place to unwind.

Terrific Accommodations
We recently stayed at this property with our three daughters and two of their friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. Three full bathrooms with all of those girls was a huge plus. The location was excellent for visiting Disney, with only a 15 minute walk to the Downtown Disney entrance, or a three minute drive. The house was very clean, well appointed and equipped with everything you could possibly need. There was even a good supply of condiments and a nice gift of chocolates in the dining room. Many restaurants nearby and not far from the freeway if you want to venture to other parts of the area. I would definitely stay here again.

Disney vacaion made better
Wow! What a charming and well kept home! Walking into it after a long drive we were presented with a very relaxing and soothing atmosphere. We really appreciated the well stocked kitchen, having a crock pot and rice cooker made staying in the parks longer much easier. The decor was beautiful and the several Disney books available were fun to look at as well as helpful to plan days of adventure. Frances' touch of the "little extras" like the guide book binder of what is available in the area and the chocolate on the table were pleasing and thoughtful. She is always only a text away to answer questions. We would definitely recommend this home to family and friends. If we make another trip I would certainly hope this lovely home was available for our stay. A wonderful experience!

Wonderful Home! Five+ Stars
We could not have had a better experience renting this lovely home. It is very clean and well maintained. The owners have thought of everything as the home is well equipped for every need. How nice to come home to this super comfortable & quiet home after spending long hours at the happiest place on earth. We enjoyed the relaxing back yard, as did our dogs as it is fully fenced and safe. It was also fun to pick the grapefruit off the trees for breakfast. Thank you Frances for a wonderful stay and allowing us to bring our fur babies. We hope to be back again.

Our beautiful residence is full of character and charm, combining a variety of living spaces from cozy to casual to relax after the fun filled days enjoying Southern California. Located adjacent to the beautiful Anaheim Resort and across the street from Disneyland, our Home One is in a quiet, established neighborhood just 12 minutes walking distance to the Tram that takes you into the entrance to the Disneyland or California Adventure. Or you can also walk another couple of minutes into the Entrance to Downtown Disney and ride the Monorail into Tomorrow Land in Disneyland.

Our homes are in the 92802 Disneyland zip code where in our neighborhood it is affectionately known as living “Under the Shadow of the Big Ears!”
The Den includes an XBOX 360, a WiiU movies and a variety of board games and is attached to our second Living Room which now sports a state of the Art Pool Table .There is also a ping pong table and Foosball in the breezeway patio. The backyard is a sunny oasis with a featured seven foot high rockery and waterfall built by Disney craftsmen! Our orange, grapefruit, lime, lemon and avocado trees are usually ripe with fruit for the picking. Pick your fresh herbs in the garden to enhance your culinary needs!
The master suite has a king size bed with twin ortho mattresses with dual adjustable head and foot positions. There is even a built-in massage control to soothe away tired muscles at the end of long days vacationing in Southern California. The master bath has a separately attached vanity for use either as a vanity or a quiet computer station tucked away privately from the rest of the house. The second master bedroom has a super comfortable pillow-top mattress with Waterford Duvet and large plush blankets and pillows. It is attached to a full bath with double sinks. The third bedroom has two twin over full size bunk beds sleeping six. The den contains a Futon/Full bed with a full privacy curtain plus a child’s twin open out bed with the third bathroom attached. All our beds are furnished with Waterford Duvets and high density Comforters with layers of coverlets and soft plush blankets!
Our home has three bathrooms which come complete with everything except your personal toothbrush. Although if you forget it the concierge has a large supply closet ! Our tankless hot water heater provides endless hot water to all 3 bathrooms and will even allow you to run the dishwasher and the washing machine to get you all out the door together in the mornings.
Our beautifully remodeled kitchen has all stainless steel appliances with large pots for family style dining. We have provided everything you could possibly need for your convenience and in keeping with our home away from home theme. All spices, Starbucks coffee, green tea, Irish tea, sugar, sweetener’s, creamers, flour, all paper and plastic goods including children’s flatware, bowls, plates and cups, crock pot, rice cooker, iced tea maker, waffle iron, blender and extra-large pots and trays for family style dining in style.
We only hope to continue providing excellent service and guest relations for every guest that comes to stay in our home. We have been gratified to hear about the wonderful memories that have been created since we opened our home in June 2008.
