A large four bedroom chalet near downtown Gatlinburg Tn., with 3500 square feet of vacation space. The vacation rental has four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and accommodations up to twelve people. This chalet is the place to be if you want to have a large get together. Located in the Cobbly Nob Resort Village, you’re only fifteen minutes away from Gatlinburg. Have your private mountainous retreat and take the family out for fun in Gatlinburg! There’s all sorts of things that you can do there, including visiting Ober Gatlinburg, which has all sorts of activities for the entire family. They have snowboarding, skiing, mountain trams etc.
You don’t have to head to Gatlinburg to have a good time, though. Mountain Splendor is built and customized to make sure guests are never bored! In fact, the garage has been converted into an all-out kid zone with a foosball table, ping- pong table, and air hockey! The game room is definetly child friendly.
On the entry level of this large 4 bedroom chalet, you will find a very spacious, charming, and inviting living area with a beautiful stone fireplace. If you're not taking the children to downtown Gatlinburg, they can find things to do the corner nook of the chalet; supplied with toys and books for the little ones. There is also a half bath in the hallway.
The spacious, fully equipped kitchen is very functional, open, and airy. Whip up your favorite meals. Just make sure you get some help with the dishes! There is a dining room located just off the kitchen, and it’s the perfect place to sit enjoy your meal and discuss the days fun and plan the next day’s agenda.
Located on this same level is the chalet's master bedroom suite with a king sized bed, a whirlpool tub, and a television. Just off the bedroom is a sun-room and a private deck for those mountain views.
Downstairs are the other three bedrooms, all beautiful, comfortable rooms. Two of them have queen size beds, and one of them has another king size bed. Each bedroom has a television, and there are also two full baths on this level. The second entertainment area is located on this lower level with a game room. The game room has a full-sized pool table, and a media room with a sixty-inch large television! This room of the chalet rental also features a beautiful stone fireplace, and additional sleeping accommodations, including a futon. Just off the game room is the large covered deck where you’ll find the hot tub. You can relax after a day of hiking, biking, shopping, exploring, or just relaxing! It’s YOUR vacation in Gatlinburg, after all.
