House Sleeps11Bedrooms4Bathrooms4Minimum Stay6 nightsWelcome to Home Away From Home 12 Jacana Street features all the comforts of home in the perfect vacation setting You can even bring the family pup along Located a short walk to the beach this 6th row home is the perfect family getaway n nThe house is a raised single level home featuring 4 bedrooms 4 bathroom and so much more You enter the house through the inviting living room with ample seating and views of the back deck overlooking the pool To the left is a formal dining table with seating for 8 The breakfast table is just outside the dining room and kitchen with seating for another 4 Just down the hall is a private den with a new flat screen TV and pull out sofa for additional sleeping At the end of the hall is the large master bedroom The master bedroom has a 4 post king bed a pull out twin chair and ensuite bath The master bathroom has a large garden tub and private shower n nThe kitchen is equipped with anything needed to cook a large family meal There is plenty of cabinet space and views of the back yard Just outside the kitchen is a gas grill for the perfect evening meal n nThe other side of the house features the 3 guest bedrooms The 1st guest bedroom has a queen bed flat screen TV and just across the hall is the shared bath with tub shower The 2nd guest bedroom also features a queen bed and flat screen TV At the end of the hall is the last quest bedroom with a king bed and ensuite bath The bathroom features a large counter and tub shower n nOne of the best features of 12 Jacana is the large inground pool and spa The pool is 32 x 15 and has a raised hot tub in the center There area also has ample seating and a picnic table There is also a pool cabana room under the house with an additional bathroom refrigerator and more seating The pool cabana has a queen sleeper sofa and seating as well Also just off the pool cabana is the ping pong table and paddles
