Hilton Head Elegance is what awaits you at 1 Baynard Park located in the heart of Sea Pines Plantation Just steps from the 12th hole of the famed Harbor Town Golf Links this home has everything needed for the perfect family vacation n nUpon entering the house you will see large open spaces with spectacular views of the pool deck and lagoon The dining room kitchen and living room all get fantastic lighting during the day and allow for everyone to be in on the action At the dining room table there is seating for 8 with an additional 5 bar stools and a breakfast table with 4 chairs The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed for a large family meal and has a wine cooler large refrigerator dishwasher cooktop oven and microwave n nThe living room features ample seating and a large flat screen TV s with views of the pool deck and lagoon Enjoy a grilled dinner on the propane grill as well The back yard is one of the best features of the home with a large multi level pool deck attached spa several pool lounge chairs eating space and steps to the lagoon Back inside there is a formal living room for a quiet relaxing afternoon n nThe 1st floor hallway leads to the powder room laundry room and onto the master bedroom The master bedroom boasts a 4 post king bed seating area overlooking the pool flat screen TV and en suite master bath The master bath has large double sinks glass shower and jacuzzi tub n nUp the winding staircase there is a 2nd floor sitting area and work space The 1st guest bedroom features 3 twin beds and flat screen TV On the other side of the stairs is another King bedroom with flat screen TV and just next door the 2nd floor guest bath The next guest bedroom has 2 queen beds flat screen TV and en suite bath with tub shower The last guest bedroom in the main house features 2 full size beds and flat screen TV n nAttached with a covered breezeway is the garage Above the garage is a bonus room with 2 twin beds queen size sleeper sofa flat screen TV additional seating at a pub height table and chairs as well as an en-suite bathroom Located in the garage there is also a ping pong table to complete a fun filled trip to Hilton Head Just a short bike ride to the beach Harbor Town and the Sea Pines shopping center n nSea Pines Rules and Regulations n-Sea Pines Plantation prohibits all trailers pop-up campers motorcycles including three wheelers large-lifted pickup trucks extended vans vans with company signage visitors in company cars will not be allowed in work vans golf carts and RVs Boats prior permission needed kayaks surf boards must be on top of car no trailer handicap accessible vans and large family vans n-Parking along roadsides and off driveways is prohibited n-Beach Club parking is not available the Trolley system must be used to access the beach club Trolley system currently does not allow passengers to carry large items such as wagons chairs or coolers n-Vehicle Passes are limited to number of cars able to fit in each driveway Passes are required to reenter Sea Pines when on Bike in some cabs and using Lyft Try to carry your passes with you when you leave for reentry to avoid any difficult situations at the gate Bikes can reenter without pass if they take picture of the daily door code posted when they exit n- All animals in the plantation must be on a leash at all times n-Do not disturb the wildlife Wild Animals live in Sea Pines such as alligators and coyotes Please be aware of this and do not interact with the wildlife n

o Getting around: There is a seasonal trolley that transports guests within the Sea Pines community. If you would like to venture around the island, the most popular form of transportation is bicycle. Rent a bike from Forest Beach Surf and Cycle! Hilton Head Island offers a separate bike path parallel to almost all main roads.
o Access: We ask guests to come by our office to pick up gate passes to enter Seapines. From here, you can go to your home!
