Let me save you the trouble and do not rent this home. Beyond disappointed and frustrated with owner and rental company. Arrived to a filthy house with dead bugs everywhere! The outside is deplorable. I can not tell you how many times we have had to call the rental company about issues and nothing has been resolved. Could not use the hot tub because the floor has a big crack next to it and leaks down to the bar area. Pool has not been cleaned all week. Floors were left dirty and at room did not have towels towels. Save yourself the trouble and find another hose.

Save yourself the trouble and find another house.

Deplorable-Do not rent
Do not fall for the pictures online. Do not believe the descriptions of the outdoor spaces. The house is infested with spiders and midges. The outdoor furniture is dreadful. The decks are dangerous. The owner was there inspecting the home when we arrived. He saw the condition of the house, and somehow didn’t address it. The cleaners who were sent out to address the spider infestation called their bosses and said they refused to clean the spiders. The powerwashing company said that the house was by far the worst they had seen. I spent two days cleaning the pool area so we could use it. My friend cleaned the sliding glass doors so more spiders didn’t get inside. Literally thousands of spiders. The ceilings in the kitchen and dining areas had spiders all over them. They fell onto the kitchen table. After two days of bs from Resort Realty, we went to the office and demanded a manager come see the house. They agreed to have pest control come—that took two days. We then forced them to hire a power washing company. So, as we were departing, the house was in ok shape for the next renter. So, after spending our vacation cleaning and fighting with Resort Realty, we received a refund—$100 from the owner, $400 from Resort Realty. Truly shameful. Truly a nightmare situation. When I asked Resort Realty how they could so egregiously advertise the home, they stumbled through some bogus answer. The house looks NOTHING like the pictures.
