Minimum StayPerfect Villa in Paradise!
What can I say about this Villa? So many things...the kitchen was wonderful, spacious and state of the art, the outdoor showers were great, furnishings were wonderful, and the views were stunning. There were six of us that stayed at Coral Rays, and we were all absolutely satisfied with every aspect of the Villa. We can all learn a lot from the people of St. John, slow down and enjoy life! (I guess because they have perfect blue waters, perfect weather, and perfect views there is so much to be happy about!). I would visit again in a heartbeat, it was one week in paradise that we will never forget! Thank you to Bob, Peter and Dorothy for everything!

Can't Wait to Go Back - AGAIN!!
This our 5th time to going to St. John and our 4th time staying at Coral Rays (we didn't know any better the first time). Everything is always PERFECT while we're there. Coral Rays is our standard for other rentals elsewhere and honestly, we haven't found anything that beats it. The views are like none other. The pool is perfect. Everything in the house is top notch. We've been there with up to 10 people and as few as four. It is always comfortable - like home. I can't wait to get back there again - and we just got home this morning. There's NO PLACE I'd rather stay.

Amazing property, views and beaches!
We (me, my husband and 2 daughters age 10 & 13) enjoyed a fabulous week in paradise at Coral Rays. Coral Rays is a beautiful home in a beautiful setting. The house and grounds were fabulous - nice big kitchen/great room upstairs with multiple bedrooms below. All very nicely decorated, clean and well maintained. There is plenty of room for more than one family and while the beaches in St. Johns are some of the most beautiful in the world, it was really, really nice to have a private pool. The views from the house are stunning. The house is very private and quiet with plenty of room to relax and get away or come together as a group. I would highly recommend Coral Rays for anyone visiting St. Johns.

Great Property and Exceptional Service
Had the luxury of staying here with my wife's family, total of 8 people ages 72 to 6. Everything about the house is exactly as the other reviewers have said. Well-equipped cook's kitchen, great low key location, wonderful bedrooms and baths, spacious and open common area. Pool didn't get much sun in the week we were there, but the hot tub was a hit for everyone. However what really put this over the top was the exceptional service we received from Wayne and Roseanne, the new property managers. From the moment we met them near the property through our stay they provided wonderful service. They were prompt in answering our questions, offered spot-on suggestions for age appropriate activities and locations, made excellent dining recommendations and provided other insights into St. John. During our stay there was a power outage that affected the entire islands of St. Thomas and St. John. Roseanne was at our villa by nine that morning with ice for the coolers and information about the issue. I can honestly say that in our 13 years of experience with renting villas in the Caribbean which has included the islands of St. Barths, St. Maarten and Vieques, this was the best property manager experience ever.

Coral Rays is the perfect family or small group island style headquarters! A little something for everyone at Coral Rays, including breathtaking views, gourmet kitchen, native stone outdoor showers, family room, games, musical instruments, pool, hot tub, and four well appointed bedrooms and bathrooms.
Coral Rays is nestled high on the mountain in a very a lush tropical landscape, surrounded by nature.
The main building upper level is a beautiful open plan great room — the perfect island hub with a little something for everyone, including breathtaking views, gourmet kitchen, dining table for 8, cooking island with seating for 4, games, musical instruments, TV and sitting area, and full bathroom with outdoor shower. Outdoor grill is easily accessed off the kitchen.
The main building lower level is the poolside level and where the kids will beg to stay! Enjoy chaise lounge chairs, patio table for 4, hot tub, pool, and access to the main parking area. This level sleeps 4 guests with a Poolside Twin Bedroom and Poolside King Bedroom; these are connected by a full bathroom with double lavs.
A second building one level down houses two bedroom en suites, sleeping 4-5 guests. One bedroom features a King bed with private bath, dual lav, indoor shower as well as outdoor shower. The other bedroom features a Queen bed, twin daybed, private bath, dual lav and indoor shower.
At Coral Rays you can get away from it all and simply enjoy the peace and tranquility that is the true ambiance of St John.
