This unique villa is shaped like an octagon and includes 3700 sq ft of living space on 2 levels. Both levels feature decks that overlook the tranquil, turquoise waters of Chalk Sound.

The lower level has a kitchen, living & dining area, together with 2 bedrooms and a full and half bathroom. The living room includes two couches (one is a sofa-bed), a flat screen TV, DVD player, and xbox. One of the bedrooms has a King bed with french doors that open on to the lower deck and provide magnificent views of the water, The 2nd bedroom can either be set up with a king bed or two twin beds. There is also an side entrance to another 2 piece bath and laundry area beside the pool deck.

The upper level has an great room that spans over 40ft across the back of the villa overlooking Chalk Sound. This impressive room includes two separate sitting areas with 4 couches/loveseats, a bar, and pool table. The bar also includes an ice maker (with purified water) and a cappuccino machine. When the sun goes down and the water views are gone, there is also a large 55' 3D LED TV complete with 3D glasses and DVD player that you can enjoy.

Also included on the upper level are 3 bedrooms. One with a queen bed and an en-suite with a shower, one with a king bed and en-suite with a tub & shower, and a smaller bedroom with two twin beds. There is also a separate 2 piece bath close to the entrance.

The outside of the property offers a Weber BBQ, 2 dining areas and 7 separate sitting areas so that you can have sun or shade at any time of the day (or just get away from the rest of your group - discreetly of course...lol). There is an impressive 42ft long infinity-style pool that is great for doing laps, but also great fun for the family since it is just 4 1/2 feet deep. There are several pool noodles, squirt guns and pool toys are available for your use (and a little machine that blows them up for you!). If the average 75 degree (20C) night time temperatures are too cold for you, there is also a 6-person hot tub available.

The property also features a wonderful, private, sandy cove that is great for younger kids. By the water there is also a dock, and two small kayaks that you can use to explore Chalk Sound.

The villa itself is located about just 10 minutes (5 miles or 8km) from the airport, and 2 miles (3km) from the turn off to Chalk Sound Drive. It is also just 1-2 miles from what I think are the two most beautiful beaches in the world: Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay. At these beaches, on a busy day you might find two dozen people sharing a beautiful sandy beach that spans 1000 feet. The water is crystal clear, and at Taylor Bay, you can usually walk out at least 200 feet before it even begins to feel deep.

Also, just 2 miles from the villa is one of the best restaurants on the island, Las Brisas, but if you want to head towards Grace Bay which is about a 10-15 minute drive, you can find dozens of 4-5 star restaurants that would rival the best restaurants in any major city of the world. Whether you want French, Italian, Thai, Japanese, it is all available to you, but you can just as easily find burgers, pizzas or some local chicken or conch restaurants if you want.

There is a convenience store and gas station located just 2 miles (3km) from the property, but for major grocery shopping there is a 'Quality Supermarket' about 5 miles away, or the main IGA supermarket about 10 miles away. Everything is imported, so prices are quite high - especially if you are looking for a specific brand of cereal, toothpaste or coffee - so bring what you can.
