I can’t say enough positive things about Harbour Club Villas & its proprietors, Marta, Barry & Mike! We stayed here in July 2017 with our 2 kids & Harbour Club was the perfect place for our vacation home base in the TCI. Here’s the highlights: Squeaky Clean! I’ve lived & worked in a variety of tropical places in the Caribbean, FL, HI & more for 50+ years. Roaches, ants & other bugs are simply the norm, even in the nicest residences / hotels. HCV is the first tropical place I’ve ever stayed that was completely bug free! They use a simple vinegar solution to clean the villas & take other non-pesticide steps to keep the villas bug free. They empty your trash daily & sprinkle salt (I think) along the windowsills to keep the bugs out. Their maintenance guy was onsite daily, always cleaning, landscaping, painting, tec. Helpful, Genuine Hosts Normally, we don’t tend to interact with staff / owners that much while on vacation, but we came to really enjoy chatting with Marta, Barry & Mike as we came & went, or relaxed by the pool with a cocktail at the end of the day. They were always available to answer a question or help us with getting the in-residence kayaks down to the doc, etc. We originally were scheduled to visit HCV in March, but my daughter broke her leg badly & we had to postpone. Marta was more than gracious with helping us reschedule & by the time we arrived in July, I felt like I had already made a friend! They truly enjoy what they do & go all out to ensure guests feel welcome, unlike some paid staff at even high-end resorts. It seems like they know everyone on the island too, so they can make recommendations for activities & restaurants. Fantastic Location One of the reasons we chose HCV was its central location & proximity to dive boats. We knew we were going to be roaming the island visiting a variety of beaches, snorkeling spots, restaurants, etc. so we didn’t want to stay at one end of the island. We like to avoid crowds & prefer quiet beaches, so we didn’t want to stay in Grace Bay. HCV has only 6 villas, so even if every villa was occupied, the place would never seem crowded. The island’s largest grocery store is nearby, so it was easy to swing by to pick up groceries. HCV is perched on top of a big hill, so there is almost always a nice breeze. Many of the dive boats go right out of their marina, so if you’re going diving, you only need to walk down to the dock in the morning to meet your boat. Staying at HCV was a great choice for us & we can’t say anything negative about the place! Show less

BEACHES: We are a five minute drive to Grace Bay beach and snorkeling at two reefs that are just offshore.
BONEFISHING: DIY self guided bonefishing in the lake just steps from your cottage door as well as on the nearby ocean flats of the south shore of Provo. Go when you want to go! And, if you don't fish.........no worries! We'll send you to areas where you'll both be happy.

SCUBA DIVING: Scuba divers enjoy the short, easy walk from the villas to the dive boats moored in our marina. We have four of the island's dive operators leaving daily from Harbour Club's Marina to some of the most spectacular diving at uninhabited West Caicos and French Cay.
Grab a morning coffee and you can walk down to the boats and be ready to go.
Our guests always comment that the two minute walk from the villas to the Marina for 8:30 a.m. dives is definitely the way to go!

VILLAS..... are roomy and look out over the lake. Only the bedroom is air conditioned, with a ceiling fan and a queen sized bed. The living room has a queen sofa bed, ceiling fans throughout with louvered and screened windows, dining area with seating for four, counter top bar separating living room from a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with walk-in shower, cable TV and complimentary Wi-Fi internet service in all villas.
Our sofa bed is real comfy as we place a proper queen mattress on top!
Each villa has its own patio area with table and chairs overlooking the lake. We also provide guests with beach chairs, coolers plus lots of pocket novels as well as local books with island type information.
The pool and patio area with a gazebo provides a shaded area with an outdoor grill and barbecue for guests to use and all with views of the ocean........a short three minute walk from our villas and you're at the ocean. The south shore line is yours to explore with our complimentary kayaks........beautiful tidal coves and beaches.

About the area
Harbour Club Villas and Marina is a cluster of six, one bedroom villas or cottages located between two waterfronts on Provo's more tranquil south shore. We are a short, five minute drive to Grace Bay beach and within easy reach of all major island attractions. This charming 1 bedroom villa is found beside other identical units in a boutique, resort style setting, surrounded by tropical gardens, gazebo and pool. We offer relaxation and enjoyment in a lush tropical setting that appears to be "off the beaten path" but that is, in reality, a close 5-15 minute drive to shopping, restaurants and most of the places our visitors would want to see and explore. Each Harbour Club villa has views of the water on both sides and is just a short five minute drive from the island's beautiful white sand beaches and Grace Bay beach. Our small, island hideaway has a special appeal to couples and small groups just looking to rest and relax away from the typical and often crowded beach resorts. We can comfortably accommodate from 2 guests up to groups of 24. We have created an all natural playground: scuba diving with dive boats moored in our marina that head out daily for Provo's dive sites, catch and release bonefishing just steps away in the lake and nearby flats, swimming, snorkeling, SUP-ing are all close by as well as a premier 18 hole golf course, kayaking, kite boarding or simply enjoying a relaxing afternoon on one of numerous beaches in the area. We are near to shopping and the grocery store. Our villa has a special attraction for nature lovers, bird watchers and eco-tourism enthusiasts as we show you our corner of island paradise.
