The newly build villa has got 2 floors, with a living room, open plan kitchen, balcony with sea view and bathroom on the ground floor. On the first floor there are 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a balcony with a great view over the ocean and Greek island, Kos. The beach is a walk of about 800 meters downhill. Next to the sandy beach there is a caf� where one can enjoy lunches and snacks. There are more beaches to enjoy in the area. Yalikavak beach is nice and good for souvenir shopping, restaurants and take a look at the marina. The Bodrum peninsula has everything to offer: from historical sites to a great night life. One will not be bored here.
The complex has got security at entry and 2 full time employees looking after the site. There are 2 communal pools and kids pool available with sea view and sunloungers around it. The complex is serene and the population is divers with vacation people all over the world.
All rooms are air conditioned and nice furnished. On the ground floor the living and kitchen are present. The lounge opens out onto a patio and offers a fabulous view of the the sea and Greek islands. The area can be cooled by means of air conditioning or off course the balcony door which allows a breeze to flow through. A dining table in the lounge seats 6 Another 6 seater dining table on the patio makes outdoor eating an easy option. The lounge also sports a sofa-bed corner unit which can sleep a further guests if necessary.
The TV receives wide variety of channels via satellite, and has a DVD player.
A open plan kitchen serves the lounge by means of a serving hatch and contains an oven with hob, fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and a full set of crockery, cutlery and essential utensils. The ground floor also features a separate bathroom and washing machine.
As everything is needed is provided in the house you don�t need to bring anything, just your swimming shorts! A flat screen TV and DVD player is available for entertainment. The balcony has a great view and sunsets are unbelievable.
From the hall, the stairwell leads up to the first floor where the master bedroom offers a magnificent sea view by means of the same style patio doors as the lounge which lead onto a balcony. Next to this room the second bedroom present a double bed and the third bedroom offer 2 singles. The family bathroom has a bathtub, wash basin and WC. A full set of towels and linen is provided for all rooms and all rooms are air conditioned.
The complex is secured and has 2 full time personnel to look after the site and a security at the entry. The complex has 2 communal pools with sea views next to the kids� pool and sun loungers around. Several owners live on site or have lengthy stays. You can park below the property and keep in mind that the property access is via steps.
I can offer car rentals, transfers and tours for good rates if requested. The beach is just 800 meters away and local transport is to be reached from the main road.

Formerly being the area�s main fishing port, the beautiful village of Yalikavak maintains a very relaxing atmosphere for charming seaside eating. Yalikavak is positioned in the north-western corner of the Bodrum peninsula, 18 km from Bodrum city means it is one of the least developed spots in the area with a lot less hotels and self-catering apartments, making it a very enjoyable stay away from the crowds.
The village is neat and very tidy, and some antiquated buildings have undergone some sensitive restoration and conversation to modern use, like a disused olive oil processing plant which has been refurbished and turned into a very attractive souvenir shop. You will immediately become aware of the peacefulness that wraps around everything like an invisible being, besides so many other beautiful things, when you first step into the village. It is not known whether this effect originates from Yalikavak being spread over a wide area or the sublime endless breeze that cools this unique location even during the hottest summer days, one thing is certain, the sensation of absence of disturbance will embrace you completely. It is one of the greenest locations of the peninsula and nature has been very generous in terms of granting it an amazing blue sea and gorgeous coastline.
As you reach the bay, you will notice the ruins of three old white windmills on the hills, and these hills are also perfect for pleasant picnics and long walks, particularly in the spring when they are covered with a colorful carpet of beautiful flowers bursting newly into bloom.
