It is ideally located within a scenic and tranquil bay, and only two minutes walk from a sandy beach with a variety of restaurants.

The lounge opens out onto a patio by means of large corner sliding doors and offers a fabulous view of the bay of Kucukbuk. The area can be cooled by means of a ceiling fan or a second outside door which allows a breeze to flow through. A dining table in the lounge seats six and can be extended further if necessary. Another 6 seater dining table on the patio makes outdoor eating an easy option. The lounge also sports a sofa-bed corner unit which can sleep a further 2 guests if necessary.

The TV receives wide variety of channels via satellite, and has a DVD player.

A separate kitchen serves the lounge by means of a serving hatch and contains an oven with hob, large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle and a full set of crockery, cutlery and essential utensils. The ground floor also features a twin bedroom, separate toilet and washing machine.

A round stairwell leads up to the first floor where the master bedroom offers a magnificent sea view by means of the same style patio doors as the lounge which lead onto a balcony. An en suite bathroom features a large shower, hand basin and toilet.
The hallway leads to the main bathroom, very spacious and offering a Jacuzzi with shower, large mirrored basin with drawers, and toilet.

A third bedroom features a double bed with access to the first floor balcony. A full set of towels and linen is provided for all rooms.

The stairs continue up to the roof terrace which offers a fabulous view of the sea, the beach and whole Kucukbuk bay area. The terrace is partly sheltered and well-furnished with tables and chairs, sun loungers and soft cushions. Bar stools align a work surface with sink and bar area.

The villa directly overlooks the pool to which it has easy access. The pool is large and shallow in all areas. There is an adjoining paddling area for young children. The villa is on a site of 12 villas and has its own parking space near the entrance to the site. A site manager lives within the grounds and is available to help with any queries.

A 2 minute walk takes you to the beach where a choice of good restaurants give you use of sun loungers by day and set up tables for dining on the beach and jetties in the evening. The beach is sandy and the sea is clear. Perfect for swimming.

Gundogan is a cozy and relaxing town that maintains a fantastic vibe. The town has avoided the detriments of mass tourism and is situated in a beautiful bay between impressive rock formations and pine trees. Gundogan has a wonderful sandy beach about 750 meters and a small attractive port. The beach is the perfect sport to freely enjoy the sun and the murmuring sea.

Gundogan was a former fishing village and maintains much of its old charm. You are still able to walk on roads where ancient Greeks also trod centuries earlier. The whole region is sensationally quiet and is the ideal place for nature lovers.

In the centre of the town there is a superb well equipped shopping mall with two supermarkets.

Restaurants and bars are located near to the beach where you can enjoy a light snack or intimate evening drink.

In summer, the area benefits from a refreshing constant breeze. This wonderful breeze has made the area very popular with windsurfers.

The weekly market of Gundogan is definitely worth a visit. Carpets, mats and Turkish vases are all made locally making them the best place to pick up a genuine and well-priced souvenir.

The town and its immediate area boasts a wealth of culture and history and in the volcanic rocks above Gundogan, you can see the tombs that are carved out of the rock faces.

The local buses, called dolmus, run regularly to the cosmopolitan city of Bodrum which is only twenty kilometers away.

Yal?kavak is the nearest town and also worth a visit with its impressive marina and loads of (fish) restaurants. Yalikavak is a fifteen minute drive away and offers a good shopping street, a marina, beach, bars and restaurants. On the road between Gundogan and Yalikavak are two major supermarkets, Tansas and Migros, where you can stock up on provisions.

At Ortakent (half-way between Yalikavak and Bodrum) is a large water park. It is opposite the KIPA hypermarket which is part of the Tesco chain and sells many well known Tesco products as well as local and international brands. Gumbet and Bodrum are only thirty minutes away for those want the busy night life and bustling resorts. Turkbuku is the spot where the (inter)national jet set visits on their private yachts and worth to see.

Also look out for the markets, typically the Turgutreis one on Saturdays. Yalikavak is usually on Thurdays and Gundogan on Wednesdays. There are no fixed prices so don't forget to haggle.
