It is located above the coastal village of Yalikavak, boasting stunning views of coast and countryside and glorious sunsets. It offer an excellent range of leisure facilities for young and old alike, all of which are available to you during your stay. The apartment is in an ideal location for both couples and families with young children. Great beaches in the local area, warm turquoise seas, water sports and rides, plus a water theme park in Bodrum. 5 minutes drive to your nearest beach. You can book various excursions, boat trips, car hire etc at reception on site.

Yalikavak Holiday Gardens is built on a hillside so some areas are very steep. However, the apartment is all on one level as is the pool area beside the apartment. There are 2 short flights of stairs to the front door. Another short flight of stairs to reach the roof. Yalikavak Holiday Gardens is very friendly, not very large and being owned by private individuals - some of whom are permanent residents - it’s not overcrowded and is well-maintained. You have the choice of several good quality community pools ranging from the main pool, adjacent to the restaurant and bar, to secluded pools and loungers tucked away in the grounds, including a good-size one close to Yasemin 32. The restaurant on site caters for all needs ranging from breakfast, lunch, evening meal and snacks. Or you can just relax with a drink keeping an eye on the children having fun in the pool or watch the stunning sunsets over the Aegean Sea in the evening. The on site mini-market provides essentials and there are large supermarkets just a few miles away with a full range of products as you’d find in the UK. On site in high season there is a twenty four hour reception to help out with any requests. All you need do is chill out and enjoy yourselves. Apartment Yasemin 32 is close enough to but slightly away from the main pool and restaurant/bar area within YHG.
Yalikavak, described as the St Tropez of Turkey, lies at the north-west corner of the Bodrum Peninsula, 17km or 10 miles from Bodrum and used to be a fishing and sponge divers village. The permanent inhabitants of Yalikavak number around 6,800 people. This fertile coastal region is ideal for sailing and all water sports and attracts many foreign yachts to the harbour that once sheltered mainly fishing boats. Yalikavak is renown for superb sunsets and its unspoilt shoreline and sparkling clean sea is one of the few remaining abodes of the endangered Monachus Mediterranean seals and therefore a protected area. In 2002 Yalikavak Bay was awarded the blue flag for its clean waters. A new marina was completed in 2013 providing another dimension to this upcoming area.
Bodrum/Milas international airport 50 minutes drive and transfers can be arranged if required. There is a regular shuttle bus to and from Yalikavak Holiday Gardens to the local town of Yalikavak (10 minutes drive)where there are other local buses to surrounding towns and villages including Bodrum. However, if you wish to tour the area quite a lot then a hired-car would be preferable. This can also be arranged locally for any part of your stay.
