The villa is 3-4 minutes drive from Kalkan’s centre, in an area surrounded by beautiful scenery. Villa Lagün is a contemporary villa with a classic Mediterranean feel. Located on the exclusive LaVanta development on the outskirts of Kalkan.Villa Lagün benefits from a private pool as well as the use of a stunning 25m infinity communal pool with clubhouse restaurant and cocktail bar just a short walk away. This villa is originally a 3 bedroom property with the ground floor bedroom . However,there is luxury accommodation which is beautifully furnished with luxury fittings and marble floors throughout. The 2 bedrooms on the first floor are of equal size, each with en-suite shower rooms and ample wardrobe space. One has a double bed and the other has a specially designed bed which can be easily converted into a twin or double. On the ground floor, the open plan living area includes; fully equipped kitchen, dining area and lounge with a further shower room & WC for guest's convenience.The bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed and bath next to room. A sofabed in the the living area accommodates a further 1 or 2 guests if required (more suited to teenagers or children). Double doors from the living area open onto the poolside terrace which is furnished with 4 cushioned sun loungers, 2 parasols for shade, a BBQ and additional table and chairs for alfresco dining. There are orange,lemon,mandarıne and pomegranade trees in the garden.

A £250 reservation deposit secures your booking . The final balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property. This Kalkan Villa has a preferred Monday changeover day, however, we are able to be flexible on occasion. Please send us an enquiry for further details.

Booking conditions; GBP 300 reservation deposit secures your booking and can be paid by PAYPAL or bank transfer. Balance is due 10 weeks before departure along with a refundable £250 security/damage deposit which is returned to you within 10 days of the end of your holiday provided there is no loss or damage to the rental property.
