Each three bedroom villa has its own private pool and terrace area with established gardens. Located in the Kiziltas area, a 10 minute walk to the local amenities. Each villa can be booked individually, as a pair or indeed as a trio making them the perfect choice for family and friends to holiday together or celebrate special occasions.
Villa Kavuk, Villa Kaftan and Villa Kusak are a set of three identical adjacent villas, together referred to as the Ottoman Residences. Each three bedroom villa has its own private pool and terrace area with established gardens. The villas have been sensitively built so that each villa does not obstruct the view of the other and all have stunning views of Kalkan and the islands from every terrace. Beautifully furnished we have tried to accommodate our guests every need. The interiors are modern, airy and light as well as fully air conditioned throughout. All the villas have free wifi access and Digiturk TV. Each villa can be booked individually, as a pair or indeed as a trio making them the perfect choice for family and friends to holiday together or celebrate special occasions.
Villa Kusak
Fully equipped kitchen for guests wanting to make the most of dining al fresco. Tastefully furnished lounge offers comfortable seating, large flat screen TV, DVD and Satellite TV. Some DVDs are supplied but recommend bringing your own DVDs/CDs to enjoy. Ipod docking station included. Small desk area provided for anyone finding it necessary to keep up with activities back home, free unlimited wifi. First floor comprises two similar sized bedrooms so no arguing as to who chooses the better bedroom for two couples holidaying together! Both bedrooms have private ensuite bathrooms with baths and showers. One room has a King size bed and the other has two large single beds which means it can be used as a double or twin. Top floor comprises of double bedroom with shower ensuite. Access to large roof terrace. Air conditioning provided throughout. All linen, towels – including beach towels - are provided to assist with the ever decreasing luggage allowance. Two hairdryers included.
