Villa Katmar is furnished and equipped to the highest standard and air-conditioned throughout for your holiday enjoyment. The villa has 4 bedrooms, three doubles and one twin, 3 bathrooms and a separate wash room. All bedrooms have there own private balconies, the three bedrooms on the upper floors enjoying fantastic views over Kalkan Bay the islands and Mediterranean Sea, while the fourth bedroom and second sitting room have views of the mature garden and surrounding terrace.

• Ground Floor The villa’s pool terrace surrounding the private swimming pool,is furnished with cushioned sun-beds and large parasols. A canopied pergola shades the dining table and a stone BBQ caters for your alfresco dining. From the pool terrace patio doors lead into the well equipped kitchen with cooker, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. The open plan area leads to the lounge which is furnished with a large comfortable sofa unit providing ample seating for all our guests. There is  satellite TV and a home theater system for your indoor entertainment. An additional washroom is at this level and this light and airy room has two furnished balconies. 
• First Floor The first floor has two tastefully furnished bedrooms, 1 double and 1 twin. These rooms share a newly installed wet room. Each room has doors leading to their own furnished balconies, with sea views.
• Second Floor Here there is one double bedroom with an en-suite shower room, the bedroom has stunning views over Kalkan and leads out onto the furnished roof terrace. From here you can enjoy the 360-degree views over Kalkan the Mediterranean Sea and islands, with a backdrop of the majestic Taurus Mountains and is a favorite spot to enjoy sun downers whilst watching the boats return to harbor before preparing to enjoy the night in Kalkan.
• Lower Floor The double bedroom and a second sitting room lead out onto a secluded patio and shaded seating area which is surrounded by mature gardens filled with jacaranda, bougainvillea, palms, mimosa and lemon trees. The accommodation provides each guest with space for relaxing and enjoying the peace of Villa Katmar’s location.
• Provided for your stay is a welcome hamper, which includes basic provisions including a 19ltr bottle of water.
  Villa cleaned and laundry changed every 7th day of your stay, extra cleaning can be arranged.
  Morning bread delivery service when pool man comes to clean the pool.

  Battery emergency lighting to all staircases and passageways.
