With panoramic views across Kalkan Bay and of the nearby Taurus Mountains from the terraces, it is a convenient base for exploring the country's historical sites and beautiful coastline. Whether you choose to explore the delights of the village, tour the local area or just relax around the pool and enjoy the facilities of this luxurious villa, you will be assured of a great holiday. Having avoided the pitfalls of mass tourism so far, Kalkan has managed to achieve a lively cosmopolitan atmosphere, with its vibrant bars and restaurants, whilst retaining its old fashioned Turkish charm and hospitality. Further indoor details: The ground floor has an entrance hall with cloakroom and coat hanging space with storage for shoes etc.,and stairs leading to the upper floors. Off the hall is the fully equipped kitchen/dining room and a large air conditioned lounge. Both have direct access to a large shady terrace outside, via sliding doors. The kitchen/dining room also has it's own balcony overlooking the pool terrace. There is an open fire, satellite TV, CD and DVD player in the lounge. Upstairs on the first floor there are two spacious air conditioned double bedrooms, each having its own en-suite bathroom with bath/shower, W.C and wash basin and direct access to the large shaded terrace - perfect for the early morning cup of tea or juice. Bedroom 1 also has a shaded private balcony . On the top floor is a smaller air-conditioned twin bedroom with en-suite shower room complete with W.C. and wash basin and an joining dressing room. The upper landing leads to a spectacular roof terrace with a large retractable sun awning, providing an additional sun bathing area. Also ideal for admiring the sunset while sipping a cold drink and considering the evening's prospects.
