Prices for the property are per week in UK pounds. The rental rates are inclusive of all electricity, gas and mains water as well as a full clean of the villa, fresh linen before your arrival and again each week thereafter. Beach towels are also provided and our English speaking property manager is available to handle any local issues that may arise. A complimentry Welcome Pack of basic food supplies, including a chilled bottle of wine, will be waiting for your arrival.
Changeover day
Changeover day is flexible. Unless otherwise arranged, the arrival time is after 3pm and the departure time is 11am.
Booking notes
25% deposit on booking. The remaining balance is due 8 weeks before departure. An additional £150 returnable damage/loss deposit is also required when the remaining balance is paid.
