Clean, attentive and aesthetically crafted holiday accommodation was the most important condition to be happy. Therefore, while building “casamare “ and “casasole “ we have meticulously furnished and designed the houses, to make you feel comfortable as you are at your home. Kalkan, the pearl of the Mediterranean, with it’s cold water, and astonishing history awaits you.
Casamare and Casasole are two luxuriously build twin triplex villas which lays on 620 m2 area with their open fields. Each villa has been finished to a very high standard and one of their main features is their stunning master bedroom suites that occupies the whole of the 2nd floor.
The accommodation is set out as follows :
Ground floor :
Open plan living, kitchen and dining area.
The living area is furnished with plenty of comfortable seating and large flat screen TV. Sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
The sleek white kitchen is well equipped with large fridge-freezer and oven, hob + extractor and washing machine. The adjacent dining area seats 6.
A further set of sliding doors lead out onto the pool terrace.
A WC is also provided on this level.
First floor :
Two bedrooms – one double and one twin. Each with en-suite shower room and access to a wraparound balcony. Both bedrooms have great sea views and the double bedroom has a flat screen TV.
Second floor :
This floor is occupied by a huge master bedroom suite with en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath.
This bedroom has a flat screen TV plus a large wraparound balcony with stunning sea views.
Top floor :
Twin bedroom with en-suite shower room. This bedroom has access to a roof terrace that has stunning views over Kalkan bay.
Outside the villa :
The villa’s spacious L-shaped terrace incorporates a comfortable seating area, an al-fresco dining area to seat 8, a large pool, plenty of sun loungers and parasols, an outdoor shower and table tennis.
There are numerous beach clubs within a 5-10 walk of the villa, from which you can get water taxi’s over to Kalkan harbour.

A full clean and linen change is carried out weekly, ie, if staying for 2 weeks, a full clean and linen change will be carried out mid-stay. If staying for 1 week, there is no mid-stay clean and linen change
A BBQ is provided
Pool towels are provided for the 2015 season (not for 2014)
Please note that the top floor bedroom is built into the eaves, so the ceiling is limited in height in certain areas

Situated in the Kisla area of Kalkan, this brand new detached villa offers luxurious accommodation with fantastic views.
