Villa Manzara is a detached private villa situated on the hillside just above the delightful village of Kalkan. It has spectacular views over Turkey’s Turquoise Mediterranean coast and is just a 10 minute walk down to the village.
There are two apartments furnished and equipped to a very high standard – the Rooftop is a twin bed single bedroom apartment and the Veranda is a three bedroom apartment sleeping up to six persons. The villa is used regularly by our family and ourselves.
Each apartment is self contained with its own veranda or private terrace, and they share the use of the vine terrace and the pool terrace. The apartments can be booked separately or together - when together they are ideal for the extended family or friends holidaying as a group – or each can be booked separately. The small pool is a private one for the villa. The pool terrace and the vine terrace are partly shaded by the large vine and by the overhanging fruit trees. Guests at the villa also have free use of the facilities of the Samira Resort – just 150 yds down the road. This has allegedly the largest outdoor pool in Kalkan, poolside bar and restaurant and internet. It are also provides complimentary minibus transfers to and from the village centre.

Veranda apartment Three bedrooms – one double and two twins, Sleeps up to 6
The apartments can be booked separately or together. They each have their own separate access from the road. When booked together use can be made of an internal staircase outside the front door of the Veranda apartment that leads to the outside of the roof terrace door of the Rooftop apartment. This links the access to the apartments without needing to go outside the villa. When the apartments are booked separately this staircase remains locked to ensure total privacy.
Welcome packs are provided, towels and bed linen are changed weekly and cleaners visit twice a week. Pool towels are also provided. Each apartment is fully furnished, with dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge with freezer top, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, alarm clock, and air conditioning in each bedroom.
