The location is excellent - situated in an exclusive development of 5 detached villas, all with private pools and gardens, only 5 minutes walk from central Dalyan. The views are excellent, especially from the balcony as Dalyan is surrounded by hills. The villa has 2 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms, all en suite, and is air conditioned throughout. There is an upstairs TV lounge with access to the balcony. The spacious open-plan living area on the ground floor, opens up on to the garden and pool with wonderful views of the hills and countryside. The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard and there is wi-fi internet access. The lounge and bedrooms have CD players, docking stations, hairdryers and travel plugs provided. This small development, called Palm Garden, is set in its own private walled gardens. There is an outdoor shower, BBQ, gazebo, bar and sun loungers.
