This holiday house is located in a compound of 12 villas each with its private swimming pool (6 on each side). The villas are built on a slight hill, offering a distance from one another with garden walls guaranteeing absolute privacy. The villa is on a 550m²-plot and has a private garden and a private 60m²-swimming pool.
Lower down in the valley there are 6 other villas built around a swimming pool to share
The villa comprises: - Ground floor with a living room, dining room with seating for 8 people. Flat screen satellite TV with a DVD player. - Fully fitted kitchen with a dishwasher and a washing machine. Every item of household equipment is present, even an ironing board and an iron. - On the 1st floor there are 2 master bedrooms each with an en suite bathroom or shower room. - On the last floor there are 2 more bedrooms with a large bathroom. - Air-conditioning in every room.
Services:
An organisation that handles other compounds and hotels looks after the services, upon request. Every 2 days there is hotel service including cleaning, changing of towels and sheets. The garden is tended and the swimming pool is cleaned on a daily basis. Services that are upon request and at extra cost are for example: - advice about restaurants and other fun “to do’s†- transfer to and from the airport to the villa - car rental (pick up and return at the villa) - fruits and drinks upon arrival - as well as any other guest’s wish… Guests can also use the free shuttle bus to the private beach or to close by 4 and 5 star hotels where you can enjoy fine dining or theme dinners such as barbecues or Turkish night. For example there is a 5 star hotel on a hill near the Oludeniz beach where you can have dinner with a view of the lagoon. It is magnificent! Guests can call reception 24/7 for any question about housekeeping during their stay at the villa. As of the Easter holidays, temperatures are an average of 25°C. 300 days of sunshine a year guarantee beautiful weather from April to the beginning of November.
