The villa has 60 sq. m. combined elegant living room equipped with satellite flatscreen Tv, Dvd, airconditioner and attached to the kitchen and the dining room. The functional kitchen is equipped with a microwave, small electrical oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fresh juice maker, hot water boiling cane, grill, toaster, coffee machine, gas/electro cooking plates and a large refrigerator with a freezer. The 4 luxury bedrooms (3 king-size beds and 1 double room) are air conditioned. 2 bathrooms (Master bathroom - corner bath, marbled double sink, toilet. Small bathroom - sink, cabin shower, toilet. 2 balconies and 2 terraces that are partly roof covered to create shadow. The roof terrace is about 60 sq. m. with a Bbq offers privacy and beautiful view. On your easy chairs you can enjoy a wonderful panorama of the mountains and the sea while relaxing in the sun.
Club Konak has 32 houses, situated around a private swimming pool in a park with lots of tropical exotic plants, blossoming flowers and palm trees. There are various possibilities for sport activities in the direct neighbourhood like tennis, football and volleyball.
The club is approximately 250 meters away from the sandy beach where lots of sport water activities such as diving, jet skis, sailing, surfing and banana-boat-riding are offered. For those who have special interest in the exclusive golf sport, there is a golf-club with 9- 18- 27 hole courses only 60 km away.
Club Konak is located in a newly developed tourist area just besides the public park with playgrounds for kids, water park, a discotheque and several excellent restaurants at your choice.
