The compact apartment complex is located in the center of Oba, Alanya on the 5th floor (top) where you from the terrace / balcony have a beautiful view of Alanya Castle and Taurus Mountains.
This is my private apartment and I opted for a Turkish décor to give you the feeling that if you were in beautiful Turkey.
The apartment has all the luxury and is well maintained.
In both bedrooms & living room, you have air conditioners.
Kitchen is fully equipped for the necessary needs because my experience is that most people look up a restaurant.
Bathroom has a spacious shower with sink and toilet. Here is also a washing machine at your disposal.
There is also an extra toilet in the hall.
In both bedrooms there is plenty of storage t. w. wardrobes and under the mattresses find all your bedding and towels as well as beach towels.
The lounge and dining area is spacious 40m2. There is a large dining table with 6 chairs and a 7-seater lounge with TV (Dutch channels) and video player.
On the spacious terrace you will find a BBQ for summer evenings where you can enjoy the view and the sun setting over the castle. The terrace is on the southwest and thus guaranteed the sun all day.
There WI-FI is also available throughout the complex incl. By the pool.
You can on the terrace by the pool chill out and enjoy the sun that shines 300 days a year.
Also here you can use free sun beds and umbrellas to make yourself comfortable.
Should you wish to spoil completely then you can use a Turkish bath and sauna, which is on the top floor (fee). There is also a roof terrace with kitchen.
All prices incl. Electricity and water in normal use, except for winter monthly rates.
The complex is ideal for families with children and the disabled.
It is not allowed to keep pets.
