This flat is at the historical Galatasaray / Omer Khayyam which is only 2 minutes walk to Beyoglu / Istiklal Street. Istiklal Street is the heart of the city and center of the historical area. Located Between Taksim and Galata Tower where all the restaurants, cafes, bars, art galleries, theaters and cinemas take place.
The flat is75 m2 in total, very well lightened and bright with high ceilings throughout.
It is on the second floor of a 100 years old Greek style historical building. There is one in the living / dining room and three bedrooms and a kitchen and a bathroom.
The flat is completly renovated and clean. Very cozy atmosphere. Original wooden parquet floor. Combi heating. 24 hours hot water. Very sunny. Fridge, Washing Machine, Dishwasher, Oven, Cooking range, Aspirator are all new stuff.
The kitchen is a practical and well-equipped with gas hob you, fridge freezer, dishwasher and washing machine.
Also very close to the fresh market / bazaar on Sundays. Very sunny, calm and peaceful neighborhood. Close to supermarket Dia. Neighborhood is safe, with lots of tourists during the day but not crowded like Taksim Square, and is exciting to be discovered with its narrow streets vibrant. Very close to the subway, the bus station, small cabs station.
