LOCATION:If you are seeking the perfect old town location as a base for exploring the magnificent city of Istanbul, it would be difficult to find a better location. It is located just off the top of Küçük Ayasofya, with the nearest tram station in Cemberlitas just a 5 minute-walk away. All the great attractions including Sultanahmet- the Old City, the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are within a 5-minute walking distance. The Grand Bazaar is only 5 minutes away on foot while the Spice Market is two tram stops away from the nearest tram station.
OASIS (sleeps 6, max 7): The 3-storey apartment OASIS has a separate entrance from the street up. In total, there are 3 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms including the bathroom in the living room. The kitchen is on the third floor. The whole house is fully air-conditioned. The apartment has a magnificent sea view from both the living room and the terrace upstairs.
Additionally, we have a SPECIAL OFFER for our guests who are interested to explore the countryside in Iznik, the nearby historical city famous for its pottery, historical monuments and its beautiful lake. We have two houses by the lake in a beautiful garden. For bookings associated with a stay at the Turquoise or Oasis (minimum 3 night stay), 15% discount is applied on either 2 units. When you enter the door, there is a wooden staircase taking you upstairs where there are two bedrooms across from each other. Each bedroom has been designed with special attention to both elegance and comfort. Each has an en-suite bathroom inside. The upstairs is reached by a staircase, you can find here the living room also with its own en-suite bathroom and the third bedroom which has a balcony looking out onto the street. You can enjoy looking at the Marmara Sea from the living room. Finally, the last staircase takes you up to the third floor where there is the kitchen and the terrace where you can enjoy the panoramic view of the Marmara.There is a big dining table as well as deck chairs on the terrace to enjoy nice warm days.
