Housekeeping services and linen change will be provided. The complex boasts a large swimming pool and shallow children's pool.
This 18-apartment complex is located in a peaceful area within Ovacik, basking beneath the relaxing Babadag Mountains. It is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of the tourist areas but close enough should you need to enjoy the local shops, bars and nightlife. Whenever you fancy a change of scenery, complimentary use of the facilities at the 4- Star Orka Hotel is available, it is only 10 minutes walk away. The Orka Hotel facilities include 4 large pools with water slides, small gymnasium, cinema, Turkish bath, hairdressers, bars and restaurant. The hotel evening entertainments program is also available.
The apartment is new and in pristine condition; the property and complex have been redecorated during the close season in time for the 2013 holiday period.. There are comfortable furnishings and the decoration is complimented by wall pictures to remove the bland feeling giving a more homely atmosphere. Satellite TV has been installed and a small selection of DVD films.
Towels and bedding are supplied and replenished every other day with a maid cleaning service. There are also ample pots, pans and all other items required for your convenience. The property consists of 3 large double bedrooms, two of which have 2 single beds. All rooms have air conditioning, wardrobes (plenty of storage and hanging space) with wall mirrors for you ladies! There is a hair-dryer fitted in the bathroom in case you forget your own. The bathroom has ample towel rails and additional shelving for make-up. There is even a shower shelving unit for the shampoo and conditioner.
The sun beds are of excellent quality on the sun terraces and the swimming pools are cleaned and well maintained. There is a caretaker on site; plus maintenance staff and security at night. The pool bar is not manned all the time as the complex is quiet however the friendly staff are around should you need help at any time as the complex is associated to the Orka Hotel close-by. And remember renting the apartment gives you full use of the Hotel Orka's facilities which is only 10-15 minutes walk away.
As Turkey is not yet part of the EU, it is not possible to get public liabaility insurance. It is therefore essential that you have your own travel insurance. We would appreciate any breakages being reported to the Orka Hotel during your stay.
