It has a 450m2 swimming pool and a shallow pool perfect for younger children.
You have the best of both worlds at Emerald Heights, it is in a quiet location with beautiful surroundings ideal for families, or if you prefer a livelier holiday it is only a short stroll to nearby Hisonaru where there is something for everyone, good restaurants which cater for all tastes, lively nightlife and lots of shopping!
As the complex is part of the Orka Group, guests have full use of the nearby 4* Orka Hotel which has a children's club with mini disco, health spa & Turkish Bath, 3 swimming pools, one indoor & one with a water slide, pool and table tennis, internet cafe, a la carte restaurant, poolside & cocktail bars where you can enjoy superb evening entertainment , including Turkish themed nights and barbeque's etc. They have also added a new gym in 2012.
Free transport is available between all Orka complexes.
Whilst staying in our property you will be looked after by the friendly Orka staff, they will ensure that the villa and surroundings are spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained.
Tastefully furnished throughout to a high standard, Flat screen TV with DVD player, Satellite TV - Freeview, Maid service is 3 times for a one week stay and 5 times for a two week stay, this is also included in the price. Air conditioning is included in the price, Linen & Towels are provided (Beach Towels are not provided), High chair / Travel cot permanently in villa, no further charge, Water Cooler,Safe W?-Fi internet access available.
Private low walled garden with grassed area and access to 450m2 swimming pool & childrens pool.
All 3 bedrooms have balconies Main balcony has beautiful wicker funiture consisting of a 3 seater sofa 2 chairs and glass top table Luxury ground floor terrace has wicker furniture (a glass top table & seating for 6) 6 sunbeds are also provided around the pool area. Onsight 24hr assistance available (english speaking representative), Swimming pool is available from May until October, Own Comprehensive Travel Insurance required.
Please note that Turkey requires a £10 entry visa per person (inc children), There is a new system in force where the visa's have to be applied for on line before you travel at www. e-Visa - Republic of Turkey Electronic Visa Application System, the cash payment system upon arrival at Dalaman Airport will become obsolete. (scottish notes are not
acceptable). This is payable before you pass through passport control. The nearest local shop 'Zaffer' is a 5 minute walk away, they will deliver your shopping to the villa or just a bit further down the road is Azda.
