Surrounded by a stonework wall with a gated drive and lovely gardens makes it very homely.There are Marble floors throughout – shutters to all windows and doors most of which are electrically operated - air-conditioning throughout – a fully operational alarm system.

Villa Arnna is an exceptional 3 bedroom, 3 en suite detcahed villa with it's own pool and private garden.
The entrance door opens into a large hall with w.c/shower room. there are steps down to living area, with wood-burning firelace and plenty of storage, large doulble patio doors lead to to the 'L' shaped balcony.
The modern fitted kitchen with granite worksurface has Integrated Dishwasher, Oven, Hob and extractor over, washing machine and large fridge-freezer, there is a side Door to the balcony.
The Large well furnished Master Bedroom with fully tiled en-suite bathroom. has a patio door to the Balcony with views to the sea and the mountains. The Second Double bedroom also has an en-suite shower room, a balcony. Stairs up to the third room has bunk beds and an en-suite shower room and a balcony.
Outside the balcony wraps round three sides of the villa, to one side there is a large seating area adjacent to which is a stone built BBQ. The other end of the balcony has a dining area. There is a table-tennis table also undercover. The pool is surrounded by a large terrace for sunbathing. The gardens are laid to gravel planted with shrubs and palms.
