wonderful holiday in ildir, cesme We had a wonderful family holiday in August 2012, when we stayed at Villa Banu. The villa was comfortable for six adults and two children and we had no complaints about the accommodation. We enjoyed eating together on the patio, with its views over the bay, the smell of wild herbs and the gentle sound of the sea. We were a little concerned that the location was quite far from Çesme. However, this was not a problem at all because the villa and its location exceeded our expectations. Despite having a car, we spent much of our time relaxing at the villa, rather than travelling further afield. Nevertheless, the villa was well located as a base for exploring by car, with easy access to the motorway and short journeys to the rest of the peninsula, supermarkets and Izmir. There was a sandy beach about 1 minute walk from the villa which suited our needs perfectly. The sea was warm, clean and safe and we spent much time swimming, snorkelling and fishing here. We also visited rocky coves and small harbours nearby. The villa garden was very convenient, allowing us to have a paddling pool for the children. shops selling fresh fish, food, beach items and fishing tackle. An unexpected bonus was exploring the ruins of Erythrae which, while smaller than more famous ruined cities, were evocative and almost deserted. We hope to return one day, and have no hesitation in recommending the Villa Banu as a very good location for family holidays. Peter & Lyudmila Stevens

The beautifully designed vacation rental villa is surrounded by 1000 m2 green grass garden, with a spacious balcony of 20 m2. Seafront holiday rental villa has 5 bathrooms offering sleeps for 10 people with 1 bathroom and 3 half baths.
From the villa, you can enjoy marvellous and panoramic sea views. The large outside garden is very peaceful where you can comfortably stay with your family or friends and enjoy tasty BBQ meal.
Our grill and barbecue sets are available for your ease. The living room of 30 m2 has internet access (Wi-Fi + unlimited DSL) and satellite TV.
The equipped kitchen with coffee machine, oven, cooker and refrigerator. There are five bedrooms in every villa that can accommodate 10 beds.
Private Seaside Facilities
As you can see from the pictures on our website, there is a private beach/sand pool just in front of our villas with sunloungers and umbrellas all around, you will enjoy the cool breeze from the sea during your sunbath.
In addition, we have also installed air-conditioners in our villas. You can use the air-conditioner optionally when you need cool weather by paying for the extra electricity consumption.
