Minimum Stay2 nightsStayed at this beautiful villa for 10 days, very much home from home. With everything you need and more, villa, bedding etc were all spotless, with amazing views. Within a short walk you have great restaurant's, serving fantastic food served by lovely Turkish people. Or at local bus into the town, we had lazy days in the lovely garden by the pool. Lovely and quite place to sit and dream. Loved it that much we have booked for this yr.

3 Km further is one of Turkey's most celebrated beach resorts, Oludeniz, where the St Nicholas rock towers over the crystal clear waters of the beautiful blue lagoon which borders Belcekiz beach. Great bars and a fine variety of eateries line the water-front promenade where the atmosphere is chilled and relaxed.

£100.00 Deposit is required. Balance to be paid 6 weeks before departing . A separate security deposit of £150.00 is required before you depart to cover possible breakages, damage, loss, or exceptional cleaning costs, to the villa or its contents. Liability is not limited to £150.00 Any damage must be paid for in full. The security deposit will be held by the Owner during your stay and returned to you when you get home after everything has been checked out.
When booking we will need £150.00 deposit balance to be paid by cheque 6 weeks before departure, £150.00 breakage/cleaning deposit to be paid separately with balance but will be returned to you with 14 days on your arrival home after the villa has been checked. Late bookings total balance to be paid when flights are booked and confirmed.
