This holiday rental is by far the best I've stayed in, i was here with my family for 3 weeks June/July, the apartment is absolutely spotless, furnished and equip to a very high standard! We had a fantastic stay it's quite obvious that the owners make it as comfortable as possible extras include a PS3, DVDs, playing cards and dominos kept my children amused and we found that we would sit on the balcony in the morning whilst having a cuppa playing a game of dominoes! Not the kind of thing you do at home in the morning but a nice way to start the day whilst on holiday. The pool is huge and clean and never very busy no fighting to get a sun lounger, the gardens are beautifully maintained. I would also suggest that you take advantage of the free shuttle bus and go down to the hotel where you can use the facilities for free. I also went to the Orka Sunlife resort for a day which cost £25 an adult , kids £12.50 this is an all inclusive resort so that's all your food drink and entertainment also a watermark for the kids!! Book this through Alana who will introduce herself to you as she looks after the guests staying in all the apartments and villas.

Orka Gardens apartment E4 sleeps up to 7 people, it is Ideally positioned in Ovacik in a tranquil location at the foot of the Babadag Mountains away from the bustling crowds yet is just a 10-15 minute walk to Hisaronu with its vibrant night life and abundance of shops and restaurants and a short ride away on the local dolmus to the famous blue lagoon at Oludeniz or Fethiye with its street markets and picturesque water front harbour
The stunning Orka Gardens Complex has 29 luxury apartments set in magnificent scenery with views of Mount Babadag. This spacious duplex provides accommodation over two floors with the benefit of a shower room on each level. It is tastefully decorated and furnished in neutral tones and offers 3 generous sized bedrooms, 2 double and one twin room. There are, 3 balconies and an open-plan lounge, the kitchen is fully fitted and there is air-conditioning throughout.
The living area has floor to ceiling windows on two sides giving a bright spacious feel and leading to either a Juliet balcony or the main balcony, which has a dining table and chairs and , overlooks the wonderful landscaped gardens and a large (25m) shared pool and separate children's pool. There is plenty of space around the pool with ample sun-loungers and parasols. It is absolutely perfect for a relaxing family holiday.
A large corner suit occupies the living room which easily converts into converts to a bed. There is a wall mounted 32" LCD TV, DVD player and satellite TV with 24 English-speaking channels. Additional entertainment includes CD player with a docking station and PS3 console (one control)
The kitchen is fully equipped and as an additional extra includes a water cooler. On the same floor is a double bedroom with access on to a back balcony with a luxury outdoor sofa which converts to a sun lounger and overlooks a pine forest and mountain views.
The upper floor is accessed via a marble staircase and hosts another double bedroom with its own balcony and seating for 2 and , a twin bedroom There is also a spacious shower room/wc.on this floor with a lockable cupboard.
