Z.1 is a privately owned luxury apartment in Orka Park, and is situated in a quiet area of Ovacik within easy reach of shops & restaurants, the famous Blue Lagoon and Olu Deniz beach, the night-life of Hisaronu, and the market and marina town of Fethiye. Orka Park has on-site security/reception staff and being part of the award winning Orka Homes you can use the facilities of the Club Orka Hotel in Ovacik which has 24hr reception staff who are very helpful.
This duplex apartment enjoys spectacular sea and mountain views from its balconies and benefits from cooling breezes in the hot and sunny summer months. The swimming pool and children's pool enjoy the sun all day and the poolside terraces are large and well-furnished with plenty of cushioned sunbeds, side tables and parasols. The open plan living area offers a well furnished lounge, fully equipped modern kitchen & breakfast bar. There are two double bedrooms one with an en suite, there is also a double bunk room that sleeps 4 and a separate WC. Doors from the lounge lead onto the balconies – one facing east across landscaped gardens with spectacular views of the Babadog mountain and one facing west with the turquoise sea in the distance and panoramic views across Hisaronu rooftops and the memorably colourful sunsets. On a very clear day you can see the Greek island of Rhodes on the horizon. The balconies have ample tables and chairs as well as bean bags to relax on, and for al fresco dining.
There is plenty in the surrounding area to see and do including paragliding, Jeep safaris, horse riding, scuba diving, fishing, water sports, boat trips and there is a water park a short walk away. Recommended trips include Dalyan and the sandy turtle beach, Saklikent Gorge, Patara Beach, Kayakoy Village and Fethiye market.
