Island Time is a spacious, bright 3 bed / 2.5 bath townhouse located on the waterfront in the upscale gated community of Delaporte Point that has stunning bay and ocean views. It has recently been upgraded with new paint, furniture and kitchen appliances.

A private terrace with BBQ and patio furniture is further complemented with shared access to Delaporte complex facilities, including two pools and a private beach for swimming and snorkeling.

Based in Western New Providence, Island Time is close to the newly opened Baha Mar hotel and casino, SandyPort Beach Resort and many restaurants and activities both within walking distance and / or a short car ride.

Restaurants within walking distance, include The Poop Deck, Blue Sail, Spritz Wine Bar & Restaurant and Twisted Lime and Nesbit's Restaurant and Lounge. Some are immediately next to Delaporte and others in the Sandy Port development directly across the street.

It is only a ten minute ride to new Bahamar Casino complex. Public bus / Jitney #10 ($1.50 per person) runs every 10-15 minutes from the Delaporte front gate, bringing you to the casinos, shopping, and down town Nassau. A car is recommended if you would like to explore more of Nassau.

For many activities, such as fishing, sailing, snorkeling, or scuba diving, operators will often offer to pick you up at the Delaporte front gate - just ask. A guest book will be provided upon booking that gives a comprehensive coverage of entertainment, shopping and activities to do.

About The Area

The Island Time townhouse is located in the upscale gated community of Delaporte Point on the western end of New Providence. There are several restaurants within walking distance, including The Poop Deck, Blue Sail, Spritz Wine Bar & Restaurant and Twisted Lime and Nesbit's Restaurant and Lounge. Some are immediately next to Delaporte and others in the Sandy Port development directly across the street.

House Rules

House Rules:

1.     General Rules:

a.     All guests and visitors must be registered with the property manager.

b.     Guests must notify the Property manager if there are any problems or issues.

c.     Violations of the rules which result in fines will be taken out of the security deposit or charged directly / through booking site resolution centres.

2.     Community Rules      

a.     Guests agree to act responsibly and to respect the neighbors by not creating excessive noise in the townhouse, on the patio, or in the common areas such as the pool

b.     Guests will clean up after themselves when using any of the outside spaces.

c.     Please do not move any outside furniture by the pool

d.     Guests and visitors must keep noise to a minimum- especially during nighttime hours of 10pm-8am.

3.     Pets

a.     Pets are not allowed at the property

4.     Occupancy

a.     The maximum number of people that can stay at the property is 6.  The names of all guests will be requested after booking (Registered Guests) to ensure they are passed along to security to allow entry into the development.

b.     We reserve the right to refuse entry to any non-registered guests and/or to cancel the reservation if more than the allowed number of guests try to check-in or stay at the property.

5.     Visitors

a.     Overnight visitors are not allowed at the property.

b.     Guests are allowed a maximum of 4 visitors during the day once they are registered.

c.     Guests are responsible for ensuring that these visitors do not break or damage the property and that the guests do not stay at the property overnight.

d.     We reserve the right to cancel the reservation and ask guests to vacate the property if overnight visitors are discovered during the rental.  Upon cancelation, the guests will be refunded for the balance of the reservation not used, less a fee of $150 per unauthorized overnight guest, per night they stayed at the property.

6.     Functions

a.     Parties and large gatherings of any kind are prohibited at the unit and pool area.

b.     Any small gathering must comply with our visitors rule.

7.     Parking

a.     The parking arrangement for unit #4 is one space in the parking lot labelled H4.  Vehicles parked in other areas may be towed away at guests / visitors' expense

8.     Garbage

a.     Being in the tropics, you must be careful about leaving food out on the counters and properly disposing of the garbage.  We suggest all food be kept in sealed bags (Zip‐Lock type), or sealed containers (e.g., Tupperware). We recommend keeping everything in the fridge.

b.     Garbage should be disposed of every day to avoid odours and pests.  

c.     Garbage should be placed outside the house between 7:30 and 9:30 am Monday – Saturday for collection. On Sunday and public Holidays there is no collection. Leaving garbage outside the Townhouse on Sundays, holidays or any other time than 7:30 - 9:30am may result in a fine from Delaporte management

9.     Security

a.     Any time Guests leave the unit, it is their responsibility to ensure all windows and doors are securely locked to maintain security.  

10.  Electricity / Environment

a.     Guests should turn off all lights and fans when not in use – including when leaving the property periodically during their stay. Electricity is very costly on an island and we would like to ask you to help us keep costs down and to protect the environment.

b.     Guests should also make sure to close doors and windows when operating the air conditioning units.

11.  Pool Rules

a.     Guests are asked to shower before using the pools. A shower stall is located next to each pool.

b.     No pets are allowed in the pools or on the pool decks

c.     When using the pools, infants who are not potty trained must be dressed in watertight pants or swim diaper

d.     Children under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult when using the pools

e.     Diving and jumping into the pools are not allowed. Do not run around the perimeter of the pools

f.      No scuba diving or scuba diving lessons are allowed in the pool

g.     No glass items are allowed in the pools or around the pool decks

h.     Do not leave garbage or personal items in the pools or on the pool decks (floating devices, toys, towels etc…)

i.      No smoking in or around the pool areas

j.      No lounge chairs are to be moved directly to the pool or sun deck area

k.     No loud music

l.      A fine may be imposed by the Delaporte management if guests leave personal items in the pools or on the pool decks that require removal. This includes garbage and/or other items left at the pool.

12.  Balcony and Patio

a.     Guests must supervise any small children when using balcony and patio areas.

13.  Smoking

a.     Smoking and vaping are not permitted at the property.

b.     Additional cleaning fees required to remove smoke or vaping smells and odor will be deducted from the security deposit.

14.  Damage and Breakages

a.     All damage or breaks that occur during your stay should be reported to the Property Manager. Failure to do so will likely result in a deduction from your security deposit . We understand that sometimes accidents happen, so please let us know immediately and if it's minor we usually will not charge.  If it's a larger item (e.g., the TV) we would like to agree the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later

b.     To Avoid Damages and breaks, no furniture is to be moved without prior approval.

15.  Towel use / Laundry / Wet Clothes

a.     Towel use: Bath towels and linen should not be used outside the Townhouse.  Please only use beach towels for the beach, and make sure to return them (charges will apply if not returned; 25$ each). 

b.     Laundry: No laundry, beach towels or other household items may be hung on the patio, balcony, windows or other common areas.

c.     Wet clothes: Please keep the property and all furnishings in good order. Note that sitting with wet clothing will stain the sofas

16.  Check- out Arrangements

When you leave, please ensure the following simple tasks are done:

a.     turn off all lights, fans and TVs

b.     turn off the air-conditioning unit in the master bedroom and the central air-conditioning unit (control on the first floor by bathroom)

c.     turn off the gas to the BBQ

d.     run the dishwasher

e.     lock the external house doors and ensure the front door shuts to lock

f.      take out your garbage.  Garbage can be disposed by the main gate on the right-hand side in the bins.

If a taxi is needed, please let Property Manager know in advance so it can be booked

Beautiful location

We had a great time staying at this property. The views are amazing, and the location is very convenient. The townhome is beautifully furnished, and we had everything we needed. Kevin and Krystal are extremely responsive. I'd highly recommend this unit.

Great holiday home

We enjoyed our stay at Kevin's condo. the deck is covered so we had shade all day, a plus if you don't want to be in full sun. The view from the deck is great. The kitchen, living room and bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. We walked to several restaurants for both lunch and dinner. Cab fares to other restaurants were reasonable. Our grandson enjoyed the pool and the beach. We also were happy with the security at the property. Just a note, the stairs to the upper rooms are quite steep so if you are not comfortable with stairs it might not be good for you. It would be best to have a car for groceries, etc. All in all it was one of the better rentals we have had in similar locations. Highly recommended.

Gorgeous place and relaxing stay. Porch and bedrooms have amazing views, pools were great and place is walking distance to several restaurants in the area. Hosts were wonderful and very helpful as well. Couldn't have asked for more!
