Sun loungers and a circular wicker table with chairs are available for your relaxation. When outdoor dining is the order of the day simply bring out the portable BBQ. Moving inside, your kitchen is to the side of the open living area. Modern with ceramic worktops, built-in cooking rings and ample storage space, the kitchen has all the appliances required to cook whatever you please while admiring views of the swimming pool and front garden. The main lounge area is central to the living space. With comfortable sofas, a coffee table, flat-screen television and music sound system—an excellent place to relax. Next to this area and close to a window overlooking the side lawn is your wooden dining suite with comfortable upholstered chairs seating 6 people. There will be no disappointment with the 3 bedrooms which occupy the rear of your accommodation. Two offer en-suite bathrooms while the third is close to the third bedroom. All come with wardrobe space, flat-screen TV’s and air-conditioning. The double beds are comfortable with the main bedroom being particularly attractive and spacious. South-East Pattaya Jomtien’s long and relaxing beach is just 10 minutes’ drive. To get there you cross Pattaya’s main thoroughfare after only 500 metres, with easy access to many attractions in the area. Take your choice; turn left and go to Silverlake Vineyard and the world famous Nong Nooch Gardens via The Floating Village, or take a right and head to The Sanctuary of Truth and The Crocodile Farm. You can be in the middle of Pattaya’s 24/7 city in just over ten minutes. Once here you will be spoilt for choice in terms of things to do.

The living area has top-billing in the house. It is between the formal dining area and kitchen. The 2 double sofas will get lots of use while listening to tunes on the sound system, or watching the international channels on the flat-screen television.

This corner kitchen is part of the open living area and gives lots of room for food preparation and cooking. The stylish units blend beautifully with the rest of your surroundings. Whoever is ‘chef for the day’ will surely enjoy making meals here.

You will have a lovely wooden dining suite with 6 comfortable chairs. It is close to the lounge space where snacks can be served on the coffee table.
