This 3 bedroom holiday home also has 3 bathrooms, including 2 en-suite. The living area is open-plan and contains your lounge area, formal dining table and kitchen. It also offers sliding glass doors directly onto your private swimming pool and patio area. Most people naturally drift toward the gorgeous pool terrace.  There is a wicker table with matching chairs and sun-loungers to stretch out on while the swimming pool has a kid’s area that means any little ones can splash around as you float in the main part of the pool. A sound which will stay with you while out here is the gentle flow of water from the stone water feature at one end of the pool. If you want to make your own distinctive holiday sound then get the portable BBQ out and sizzle up a few steaks while you all lounge around the pool. Inside, there’s also a modern Western-style kitchen. With its oven and built-in hobs, baked potatoes, vegetables and sauces can be served up in no time at all. South-East Pattaya For easy access to all main routes through Pattaya and Jomtien, this villa is ideal. You have the choice of a small bypass road, or the main Sukhumvit Highway which is only 500 metres from either of the villa’s manned entrances. The question from this holiday home is not, “What can we do?†It is “What do you want to do?†The ease of accessibility gives you countless options. Jomtien Beach is 1.5 km away, Pattaya with its endless activity and bubbling nightlife just a little further, and as for sights you can go left to the Floating Market and places such as Nong Nooch Gardens and Bang Saray Beach, or right and hit The Elephant Camp, Snake Show and Crocodile Farm. There are two choices for cooking. The well-equipped kitchen area allows you to cook whatever you want whenever you want, while the portable BBQ can be used on the patio for those ‘off-the-cuff’ dining decisions that are all part of a great holiday.

While the main area for dining is at the formal wooden table beside your kitchen area, you can also eat at the outdoor patio table or the coffee table in your living space.

Two additional single beds are available and will be charged at 500 THB/person/night.
