Set over two floors, the open living space dominates this level, leading out towards a stunning and meticulously maintained garden with all manner of plants, flowers and shrubs, alongside a private swimming pool and a wood decked terrace. The upper level is where you will find three bedrooms, all of which come with ensuite bathrooms and double beds sleeping six persons in total. Location: Jomtien Beach is just 1.5km from the villa on the other side of what is known as Jomtien Second Road, which also means you are just 1-1.5km away from a wide range of restaurants, massage shops and bars. Indeed, this is a quiet location that is within close proximity to the things that make a holiday special. The heart of Jomtien is 2km away, which has a cacophony of bars and restaurants, which when compared to downtown Pattaya, are still very laidback.

The kitchen is set in the heart of the open plan living space on the ground floor and comes equipped with a microwave, tea and coffee making equipment, a fridge freezer, an oven and a 4-ring electric hob and extractor fan.
