This 3 bedroom holiday home is perfect for families who want a calm and secure environment, but also need to be within easy striking distance of attractions galore. The villa itself is modern and well designed. The outdoor area offers two lawns, a covered double carport, and swimming pool with a patio area. The pool has a kid’s section at one end and a stone-wall water feature at the other. You can have impromptu barbeques whenever the mood takes you or simply relax as you please. The interior offers double ceilings with embedded lighting which complements the décor and floor tiles in the main living area perfectly. With a flat-screen TV, coffee table and two sofas the lounge space will be a popular gathering place. Next to this is the 6-seat dining table and just beyond lies your kitchen area which is modern and fully equipped. The three double beds, remote controlled air-conditioning and flat-screen televisions provide for a great night sleep. The main bedroom is larger than the others and offers views over the front lawn. South-East Pattaya While you are in a peaceful part of Pattaya you are only a short drive from the city centre and all it has to offer. In under 15 minutes you will be right ‘in amongst it’. Shopping—from enormous Malls to local street markets and street stalls—is among the best in the area. Within Pattaya, there are more restaurants and bars than you will ever count, and a very lively atmosphere. When it is a beach you are after, Jomtien is just 1.5km away. This family-friendly place will suit everyone. Once again the choice of places to eat and drink in the area offer great variety. Days out a little further afield will keep you occupied, but the most popular attractions are all within 30 minutes’ drive, with lots of attractions and interesting places to visit.

This space is the centre of your living area. With a coffee table, double sofas and a flat-screen TV, this will probably be ‘meeting HQ’ during the early part of your evenings.

Ceramic worktops and wooden cabinets blend well together. In-built hobs and an oven are ready to take whatever you wish to cook, while the fridge is on hand to keep your food fresh and those much needed drinks cold.

The dining area contains a wooden dining suite capable of seating six. It is right next to the kitchen so food will be served in no time at all.

All 3 bedrooms are comfortably furnished and have double beds. Flat-screen televisions will keep you entertained while air-conditioning will keep you cool. The main bedroom also offers an armchair and garden views and has the en-suite bathroom. Two additional single beds are available and will be charged at 500 THB/person/night.
