This means your days around the pool will be peaceful, but when you need to stretch those legs Jomtien Beach is just a 750 metre stroll from the main village entrance. Surrounded by walls for privacy, you enter the premises through a secure doorway and are immediately on the outdoor terrace with swimming pool and outdoor shower. A stone table and benches are ideal for outdoor meals while the glass coffee table and 2 chairs are perfect for morning coffee and afternoon tea while the swimming pool simply invites you to jump in! The living area is accessed via sliding glass doors and offers a 3-piece leather suite, large flat-screen television and coffee table. To the rear of this area is the kitchen space with its breakfast bar. The appliances include a cooking hob, microwave and fridge. Both double bedrooms are air-conditioned and one contains flat-screen TV. The master bedroom offers direct access to the swimming pool through sliding glass doors and loads of wardrobe space. The second bedroom is located to the rear of the house with entry from the living area. The shared bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet and wash-basin. The location is ideal for getting further afield using public transport. The regular and cheap baht-bus service route is a 5 minute walk away. This will get you into the lively seaside city of Pattaya in around 10 minutes. You can shop to your heart’s content at the International shopping malls, markets and street stalls. You will find any type of food you wish, and be spoilt for choice when it comes to bars. If you are after nightlife then the infamous Walking Street is the same distance and well worth a visit.
