Surrounded by high walls, the villa has a cozy garden area with a private swimming pool, tables and chairs, sun loungers and a BBQ unit. Overlooking the garden on a raised level is a spacious terrace with lots of seated areas, ideal for relaxing in the shade or for a spot of al fresco dining. The terrace leads directly into the main living area with its open-plan layout. The living area is home to a lounge, dining room and Western-style kitchen. Either side of the lounge, you will find two beautiful wall paintings of a Jazz band and Charlie Chaplin. On this level of the villa, you will also find two double bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The lower level has a fully-equipped gymnasium, two more bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and another lounge area with a fully-fitted kitchenette. This villa is the perfect choice for families or groups of friends travelling together who want to stay close to the beach and lots of restaurants and bars while still remaining very private in a tranquil location. Location The great thing about the location of this villa is that you are only 600 meters from the beach on Pratumnak Hill, while situated in a private and peaceful estate. Pratumnak Hill is situated between Pattaya and Jomtien, known for its high concentration of restaurants and a nice selection of bars and convenience stores. The back-entrance of the infamous Walking Street is just a 2-minute drive from the villa.
Livingrooms
The living area really is the signature room with its tall neon-lit ceilings, wall-paintings of Charlie Chaplin and a jazz band, and a modern contemporary design. Relax on the 8-seat leather sofa and enjoy entertainment facilities that include a large flat-screen TV with international channels. On the lower level, you will find a smaller lounge area that has a sofa and a 32-inch flat-screen TV.
Kitchen
There are two kitchens, one on both levels of this villa. The main kitchen is on the upper level and comes equipped with stunning white marble countertops, wooden units and appliances that include a kettle, toaster, two double-door refrigerators, a coffee machine and a four-ring electric stove. On the lower level, you will find a smaller kitchen area with a fridge, sandwich maker, four-ring hob and a Smeg microwave and oven.
Dining Room
There are lots of places to dine in the villa, both indoors and outdoors. For outdoor dining, there are lots of seating on the terrace, overlooking the garden and pool. The main dining area is on the upper level, close to the kitchen, coming equipped with an 8-seat modern dining table. On the lower level, you will find a circular dining table with four chairs.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms in the villa, each of which are decorated in light and cheerful tones and come equipped with double beds, wardrobes, ensuite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and wooden floors. There is a single bed in one of the double bedrooms, allowing this villa to sleep 9 persons. The Master Bedroom is more akin to a suite than a standard bedroom. Two bedrooms are situated downstairs with two upstairs.

Altogether there are six bathrooms in the villa. Four of the bathrooms are ensuite and have walk-in showers, toilets and wash basins. You will find a Jacuzzi in the master bathroom, and a bathtub in another ensuite. The two remaining bathrooms are for guests and have just toilets and wash basins.
